I had to send a package to a secret laboratory in Pennsylvania. I didn't know the address because…read morethe laboratory is secret. The clerk (are your workers clerks or support staff?) was very kind when I asked about getting a package of biological samples to a lab with no known address. He/him said, "I'm fixing to eat on your biological samples if you leave them with me." I then asked him/he if he ever travels to Pennsylvania and the answer was given with a curt nod in the affirmative. It was at that point I knew the clerk would ingest the samples, travel to Pennsylvania, find the lab and allow extraction to take place. The world can breathe a sigh of relief now thanks to this business and your helpful support staff (clerk?).

The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. One employee in particular had such a loud, shouting voice that it was difficult to carry on a conversation with the person assisting me. Overall, the experience was frustrating. The customer service leaves much to be desired, and they appear to charge extra for nearly every small service. Based on my experience, I will not return and cannot recommend them to others.

They have free USPS shipping boxes and they sell tape and other size boxes if you need them.. The clerks were very professional and polite. Glad I found this spot and I would certainly return if I have to mail something again.

This place lost a loyal customer with really subpar customer service. I had been utilizing this supply store when I needed a quick ream of paper, file folders or binders. They are pretty pricey but I wanted to do my part and help out local businesses. But, after going to the notary here, I will never go back. I tried twice to use her services and both times it was very uncomfortable. The first time she hassled me because of the way I sign my name. I told her I've signed that way since I was sixteen and it's never been a problem before. It doesn't seem to be a problem for Post Haste but it was definitely a problem for Chelsea. I don't want to have to pay to argue with the person behind the counter. I will simply take my business elsewhere if you can't treat me like a human being. I tried two different times to work with her because I needed a notary for several transactions. I didn't want to have to leave McKinleyville for notary services. I even tried complementing her ring to break the ice and get her down off her high horse. No luck, she just scowled at me. It was real mean girl energy and I just don't have time for high school games. This is business. If I'm a paying customer I don't think it's too much to ask to just be pleasant. Thank God I found Post Haste in Arcata. I have used them multiple times since my experiences in McKinleyville and I've been very happy with the service I get from Post Haste. If I'm not back when they call my name, I'll lose my spot. I also need a cable and a gel pad. Can I make it to Staples and back in time? I walk around the mall. Hmm, maybe T.J. Maxx sells computer cables. I walk over and look through the big window but they've blocked off their interior entrance from the mall. Hey, I'm hungry. Maybe a little chocolate at one of these shops? Nah. So where's Staples? The map says it's right next to Kohl's. OK, I found Kohl's but I don't see Staples. I do some googling. Apple Maps says Staples is *that* way. I walk in that direction but still no Staples. A security guard's eyes lock onto two ladies walking down the hall. I ask him, "Where's Staples?" He says, a little hurriedly, "Outside." As I look for an exit, I hear him say in a commanding voice, "Ladies! There's no smoking in the mall." I get outside. Where's Staples? Now I see it. My half hour's nearly up. Now seconds count. I get inside Staples, walk straight forward, and there's a guy named Markus. He asks, "Can I help you find anything today?" Yes, I tell him. I'm looking for a USB-C-to-USB-C cable and a gel pad. He takes me to the cables. He knows every option and exactly what the trade-offs are. He asks if I'm using it to hook up a laptop to a charger. Yes. He tersely explains what I need to know. Seconds later, we're at the gel pads. He knows what they have, and he understands what I need. They don't carry it. Not one second wasted. I buy the cable and walk back to Supercuts. My name hasn't been called yet. Victory!
