The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. One employee in particular had such a loud, shouting voice that it was difficult to carry on a conversation with the person assisting me. Overall, the experience was frustrating. The customer service leaves much to be desired, and they appear to charge extra for nearly every small service. Based on my experience, I will not return and cannot recommend them to others.

He helped me understand the pricing and even offered to allow me to keep the dumpster for a couple days so I can load at my own pace, which was exactly what I was looking for. He was even able to drop the dumpster off the next morning! My driveway is on a tilt and he secured the trailer to make sure it remained safe and in place while I loaded. He accepted Venmo which was super convenient for me. Closer to pick up time he informed me that it will be raining soon, which can soak the junk and make it heavier at the dump which might cost more, so we scheduled our pick up sooner because of his thoughtful recommendation. I needed to head out of state to tend to a different property and when I returned back I saw that I had homeless cut through my fence and decided to make themselves at home within the boundaries of my property. Not only that but they decided to completely trash it (as you can see in the before pic). Too add salt to the wound i found a letter stating that if I didnt clean my property in a set amount of time that I would need to pay a fine. Thats when I got a hold of S&J junk removal and they were able to come out give me a reasonable estimate and completely handle the situation with a quick turnaround and excellent work (see after pic) and alleviate me of not only of a huge headache but of a big fine.
