The clerk (are your workers clerks or support staff?) was very kind when I asked about getting a package of biological samples to a lab with no known address. He/him said, "I'm fixing to eat on your biological samples if you leave them with me." I then asked him/he if he ever travels to Pennsylvania and the answer was given with a curt nod in the affirmative. It was at that point I knew the clerk would ingest the samples, travel to Pennsylvania, find the lab and allow extraction to take place. The world can breathe a sigh of relief now thanks to this business and your helpful support staff (clerk?).

Based on my experience, I will not return and cannot recommend them to others.
