The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. One employee in particular had such a loud, shouting voice that it was difficult to carry on a conversation with the person assisting me. Overall, the experience was frustrating. The customer service leaves much to be desired, and they appear to charge extra for nearly every small service. Based on my experience, I will not return and cannot recommend them to others.

Lots of parking, so no prob. I've found the best way to use UPS is get an account and set of all the billing and then you can do shipping label printing at home or at the office. I work out of my house, so I don't have a regular UPS pick up, so I just print the shipping label and bring it down to the UPS store. Drop off, get a tracking receipt and off I go. If there's a line, someone usually asks and just drop offs? Yep, that's me and off I go. If you want the best price on shipping and you don't need it to get there the very next day, UPS is fine. If you want over night, gotta be there the next day, go FED EX, they're the overnight delivery people, but they're ground service is not so good. What's good about this location, is if you're hungry, there's lots of places to get all kinds of food right nearby, from Mod Pizza, to In N Out, to Chinese food at Panda Express.

I objected and pointed out that I have done returns to Amazon completely unwrapped and the UPS location or Whole Foods has always taken care of it. At this point the two employees demanded that I leave the store and called the police to have me removed. I returned shortly after with the box completely taped, but they refused to help me and called the police again, so now I must drive 10 minutes to the next closest store.
