They told me that even though they advertise that they are open until 4:00 PM, they really only accept customers until about 3:40 PM, then they turn them away. This company takes all types of mail and is the UPS drop off for our little burg. Its at least 15 minutes to the next closest similar business which is not cheap either. To find less expensive alternatives like a Walmart or some other big box operator its at least half an hour drive and a couple gallons of fuel for that trip? That logic is mindblogging? Anyways, still a solid choice for all your office supply and shipping needs as well as a slew of other services MOS is the option for our rural community. Yes, there may be cheaper places but none are that cheap enough to offset the time and fuel costs associated with getting to them from here. 3.5 Stars - rounded up for the wide array of services available to our small community

This place lost a loyal customer with really subpar customer service. I had been utilizing this supply store when I needed a quick ream of paper, file folders or binders. They are pretty pricey but I wanted to do my part and help out local businesses. But, after going to the notary here, I will never go back. I tried twice to use her services and both times it was very uncomfortable. The first time she hassled me because of the way I sign my name. I told her I've signed that way since I was sixteen and it's never been a problem before. It doesn't seem to be a problem for Post Haste but it was definitely a problem for Chelsea. I don't want to have to pay to argue with the person behind the counter. I will simply take my business elsewhere if you can't treat me like a human being. I tried two different times to work with her because I needed a notary for several transactions. I didn't want to have to leave McKinleyville for notary services. I even tried complementing her ring to break the ice and get her down off her high horse. No luck, she just scowled at me. It was real mean girl energy and I just don't have time for high school games. This is business. If I'm a paying customer I don't think it's too much to ask to just be pleasant. Thank God I found Post Haste in Arcata. I have used them multiple times since my experiences in McKinleyville and I've been very happy with the service I get from Post Haste. This is why I love Capitalism. There's always someone else who will take my money. If you don't like what you do, maybe get a different job.
