FedEx regularly delivers other people's packages to my house. Two different people in one day. I was supposed to receive medication yesterday, I received a pic of somebody else's porch stating my meds had been delivered. The med needs to be refrigerated/frozen. My $300 Walmart tv order was delivered twice to the wrong address. Thank goodness my phone alerted me that it had been delivered. Nothing was on the porch or in the driveway. I saw the FedEx truck down the street and ran after it and the driver had to retrieve the TV from the wrong address. I'm 82 years old and should not have to be running after FedEx trucks. Fedex had called me in the evening when the first order was returned to the truck when the first delivery failed. I verified my address and was told it would be delivered the next day. When i got the box into the house I noted there was no shipping label with my name and correct address on it. Someone at FedEx put an address of Sedona Shadows 6770 W State Route 89A on the box. The Verde Valley/Sedona FedEx service is terrible. My delivery required an adult signature. First day scheduled delivery didn't even try to deliver. Second day delivery attempt, service company truck in driveway, driver passed house. Third scheduled delivery day a no show again! Extremely poor service by FedEx subcontractor. Since OnTrac took over this service, we haven't seen Scott. Sadly, we lost his biggest (or littlest) fan last week, our yorkie Duke. Duke excitedly awaited Scott's weekly visit, which Scott patiently rewarded with a friendly pat on the head. Duke passed suddenly from a respiratory illness. My package was" lost " or stolen by FedEx. It was supposed to be delivered on April 10th and I have still not received it but I received several emails stating it would be delivered the next day. Customer service on the phone and the internet have been awful as well as any actual interactions with supervisors. The worst experience and by far the worst courier service out there. read more

Terrible experience with the Verde Valley/Sedona location. The FedEx delivery driver was parked in my driveway when I arrived at home. The driver had to pull out of my driveway for me to pull in. I get to my door and there is a delivery notice with signature required posted on my door. Customer service overseas, no way to contact the station. read more

Worst experience I have ever had has been with good old Fed Ex Shipping Center of Camp Verde. Still waiting for my meds to arrive.

Well, I came here looking for someone who has had a better experience than I did with Fedex in Camp Verde. Unfortunately, it looks like there are none. Fedex refused to deliver my package to my UPS box, twice. Packages went back and forth to different Fedex processing centers, and finally back to sender. This center is messed up apparently. I was going to go out there to try to find a solution, but the other reviewer's report makes this seem like an invitation to be abused. Unfortunately I can't control how my suppliers ship, so looks like I'm stuck. Oh, and one package that was stuck at this facility so I filed a ticket on it. Their response? They sent it back to the sender! It was right there in Camp Verde, and instead of contacting me they sent it back! That's vindictive. I was in my UPS store when a delivery from Fedex was dropping off, and the UPS lady had to correct the driver for dropping off other businesses packages. Seems the driver didn't know that there was more than one business at that address! He ignored the suite letter and just dropped off all the packages addressed to the entire stirp mall at the UPS store! So, I guess one of the few downsides of living in beautiful, peaceful central Arizona is to suffer the inconvenience of this "service" center. Luckily, almost everything else is perfect. My UPS store rocks! read more

Would not recommend these folks for packages which require a signature upon delivery. They are appear unable to meet their commitments. This has happened to me twice in the past two months. First time they said they 'ran out of time' because of the holidays. The second time they said they attempted delivery and I was not here. All they can do is apologize and the customer has to accommodate them because the customer has NO leverage or power. One cannot even get the phone number of their local office because everything goes through a 1-800 service number. A 'complaint' is registered which is no doubt immediately 'round filed' upon receipt. read more

The rudeness is stellar. They have rules! They don't put up signs to tell you these rules, but you're an idiot if you don't abide by their unwritten rules! I have never gone to this ship center and met someone nice. Everyone is extremely rude, arrogant and argumentative. If you hate your job so much, you should get a better job.
