Incredible customer support! Shout out to Dwight for ensuring my live animal shipment safely made it into the final truck of the day and safely to her new home in Florida. Employees at this location are kind, gentle and professional. I have shipped out and received multiple live animals through this ship center and every baby gecko has been handled with care and grace. I'm new to the Athens area so I'm not sure how Fed Ex operate. I have been getting the run around on a pick up for a couple of days now. I have had 2 schedule pick ups scheduled and no pick up but they are dropping off. I just don't understand. read more

This FedEx shipping location is the worst. My item was out for delivery for three days , and then the driver marked it as being delivered. I never received this item because it was not delivered. Awful service here is zip code 30520. Hire new drivers that will do their job. read more

Fed ex driver didn't deliver my package, pulled up in my driveway and left. Some odd reason he took the package back to this location and the lady at the front desk turned down the same person 2 times that tried to get my package, that lady went on break and the one that took her place let the man get my package that was worth $1100!! My package was supposed to be delivered to me not sent back to the store! The person signed my name! Fed ex acts like they don't care at all!! read more

Horrible FEDEX delivery in Athens, GA. Sorry Drivers that don't deliver packages to correct address. Impossible to complain because they don't care. If you have options in Athens, GA don't use FEDEX. read more

I was supposed to have an overnight shipment by noon today. It is well past that and no one can help me. They tell me to wait until the end of the day. That is UNACCEPTABLE! There is no way to speak to anyone locally and they can't tell me WHERE my delivery is at the moment - guess what? UPS can and I am moving all of my business to UPS immediately. Stay away from FedEx. Go Brown and you will at least know where your shipment is. read more

fedex Mitchell Bridge road seems they can't or won't do anything to help a customer. they can't print a label, they have very little shipping supplies, and are extremely rude read more

Fedex overall has been great on all deliveries. I ordered ten , 50 pounds of deer corn from Walmart .and it was delivered late last night August 16, 2024. It rained and all the boxes were wet but i understand they had no control of the weather . My issue is I woke up this morning to also find my delivery boxes 600 feet down my driveway near the main road. Anybody could have come along and stole my deer corn . I do love Walmart and their products and prices. COME ON GUYS ATLEAST BRING IT TO MY HOUSE OR EVEN NEAR MY CLOSED GARAGE DOOR !!! Fedex tracking number 405979174223 Judy C read more

I picked up a package yesterday and the lady at the desk was terribly rude! Talked hateful and I cannot believe she is in customer service ! Otherwise was happy to receive my package! Thank you read more

They told me FedEx doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. "The only way to deliver to domestic P.O. boxes is to select FedEx Ground Economy." I showed them this directly from the FedEx website and they told me that they still couldn't do it and I should try online. read more

This particular FedEx terminal is abhorrent hot garbage. Just about every time I have a package that routes through this terminal, the driver is too lazy to even attempt the delivery, and will fraudulently mark the package as "delivery attempted", when no delivery attempt was made at all. They will do this for numerous days in a row. FedEx tries to avoid collective bargaining by employing third party contractor drivers instead of actually making these FedEx employees, therefore there is little to no oversight, the drivers basically make their own rules. This terminal needs NEW MANAGEMENT NOW read more

FedEx has become horrible- zero customer service and you wait all day for packages that never come but you get messages that they are, they tell you to pick things up at the Hub but they were already shipped back to sender. I'm not surprised they are still in business because nobody cares about their customers or doing a good job anymore. they are near the bottom though read more

I do not pay these drivers enough stuff always comes up missing delayed or late I do not want anything from any company that uses FedEx grounds it's always a problem you can count on it read more

A shipping center with no way to print a FedEx shipping label is NOT a shipping center.

Every single time I have ordered something and FedEx is responsible for shipping, it has been delayed. Suppose to get here last Sunday. Now it says Wednesday. Who knows when it will actually be delivered. I hate FedEx in athens. Every time it shows operational delay. Get it together read more

I took a item into the center to purchase a box and ship to family in South Georgia. Despite boxes being right by the register, I was told I had to go to a different location because they are not a packaging location. Terrible customer service! Will never be using this carrier again. read more

I ordered a keyboard and mouse combo from newegg.com which was shipped to me through fedex. Ok it got here on time I was happy with that but what I wasn't happy with was THE FACT THAT THEY LEFT THE PACKAGE IN THE RAIN WITH NO PLASTIC AROUND IT OR NO PROTECTION AROUND IT TO KEEP IT FROM GETTING WET. Luckily the keyboard and mouse which costed me $30.62 works. Why would they take such unnecessary risks like that with others packages? THAT IS COMPLETE BULLSHIT!!! Had the keyboard been ruined I would have been asking for them to get me a new one. read more

The male driver for zip code 30521, has no regard for the packages, and especially no care for your personal driveway. Gravel was spun up and turned over where he carelessly tore up my driveway driving very fast. When asked to take it easy on my rocks, he only denied, denied (lied to me). Very disappointed and angry with the rudeness and attempt to lie to me, while telling me that I was wrong. Get better drivers to represent your company. They regularly do not deliver on the scheduled day even when the package is actually on the truck that day; it's always because the driver can't or wont complete his daily route. read more

Ridiculous, been in Athens for a week saying fed ex vehicle for delivery. I am so mad if my package is being directed to Athens because their service sucks.. happening 5 times in a row now. Late late late.... I'd give 0 stars if allowed... read more

My package has been at this Athens facility for over a week. I keep getting emails that it is " out for delivery ", for a week.... and it has not been delivered yet.. Are they stealing packages/parcels again? Absolutely no customer service provided. read more

HORRENDOUS! If ZERO stars were an option, that's what I'd give them. The Fedex Ship Center on Mitchell Bridge Road lost my package and it took literally six months to get anyone on the phone or e-mail who even had any information about it. I could show you dozens of pages of documented interactions that exemplify negligence and apathy. They made me submit my claim FOUR times, because they lost the first three submissions. This company is in my BOTTOM 5 all time LOSER list. (Pun intended.) They never appeared to have any clue what they were doing and only about two of the agents that answered seemed to care in the least. Even if an agent answers a call or message, they give no contact information other than a first name, sometimes an agent number, and the generic claims status e-mail address and the 800 number. Sadly, I used to trust them and tried to send something very important through them, for which they only agree to reimburse a tiny fraction of the cost. I will NEVER use them again. NEVER! Please avoid my sad mistake! read more

Once again this Fedex in Athens has lost a package (3rd one in 4 weeks, 9th one in 6 months) and once again states they will investigate and it will take 3 days to resolve why the driver states it was left at my door when it not only can't be left at my front door but I also know it wasn't left anywhere on my property. Why they just can't contact the driver and ask where he left the package is beyond me. Now I wait for 3 days due to Fedex's screw up. I really wish there were options other than Fedex at the online businesses I shop. It's reaching the point its not worth ordering online if I'm having to deal w/Fedex all the time. Late, lost or no delivery at all has become the norm for this particular branch. read more

I received a message on Saturday that my package would be delivered that day and required a signature. I arranged to stay home and no delivery. The online update said it was in transit from Athens Ga. Monday, same thing. Stayed home, no delivery. It is now Tuesday and it still says my package is on the truck for delivery from Athens. I ordered my package with 3 day delivery last Thursday. Where is my package? Today is Tuesday and Athens is only 15 minutes from my house. read more
