I needed a Notary Public to stamp a document for my elderly mother with very limited mobility. I…read morecalled the store and spoke with the manager, Andy. He was very helpful in problem solving my situation- it would be very difficult to get my mother into the store to sign in front of them. He suggested that when I arrive he would have someone come to the car and complete the transaction. When I arrived there were many people in a line that was snaking out the door and there was an unexplained lack of power to the store and some equipment in the store. There were three employees hustling to support the volume of customers. When I got to the cash register, I started to tell my story to the young man working and he said "I get it... I will walk outside with you". It was a 6 star customer service moment. It saved my mom from getting wet as I would have to wrangle her from the parking space in her wheelchair, find a curb cut, wait in line and then do the same maneuvers to get her back in the car. Thank you sooooo much for going above and beyond.

My daughter used UPS to mail me my $1500 pair of earrings . We learned first that UPS had damaged…read morethe package, and second that they had lost this valuable and sentimental piece of jewelry. Obviously we should have insured it. But I must say that 1) It was the attendant who packed up the item for my daughter and 2) the attendant did not ask my daughter whether she wanted to insure the package, a reminding prompt for insurance that other stores do. The people at this store were apparently nice to her and helped file a claim. But the foul-up of this UPS service is shocking, and equally shocking is that they would not make their incompetence right beyond the standard $100. Think twice before you entrust valuables to UPS, whether they are insured or not.

Possibly the worst experience I've had at any business ever. They would not release my package to…read moreme because my name wasn't on the shipping address, even though I had proof of purchase, receipts, my name on the billing address, bank statements, and I owned the fedex account that shipped the package. The management here is terrible! Travis, an older gentleman, kept repeating that I could not prove that the package belonged to me, but he would not even look at my proof! Extremely rude and dismissive. Would not help me out at all and basically said tough luck. Here's where it gets worse: After being on the phone with FedEx customer support, I had two shipping representatives call into the store to authorize me for pickup. I also had the original recipient on the shipping address call in and verify for me. Travis still refused to give me my package. It seemed he was holding it back out of prejudice or bias because he obviously knew I owned that package. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a manager, what a joke. I called the store back the next day to get an update and a rude lady interrupted me while I was explaining my situation just to say the package had left the store and she didn't know where it went. Her name was Bonnie, I've seen others complain about her here and I can confirm she is as rude as they say she is. Please do not trust this store with anything of value, they are absolutely nuts and probably have the worst manager in all of Georgia.
