I first started doing business with Athens Printing when the press my business had been using for…read morethe last 10 years or more became sloppy with their customer care and products. I've completely switched to this company for all my printing needs - large or small. The staff are quite nice and always willing to help me set up my documents for printing at no additional charge. Very patient staff. Also, the products they produce are consistently great. This is one of the main reason we left doing business with our other printer - no consistency at all. So great job AP! Keep it up!

Athens Printing is as good as it gets. I have used them professionally and for personal use and…read morethey consistently produce quality product. They can work with impossible turn around times and low budgets. The customer service is above and beyond. I have saved hundreds (and avoided a lot of hassle) by using them instead of online printing companies. It's always great to support a local business. They provide small town service with big city professionalism and quality product.

Possibly the worst experience I've had at any business ever. They would not release my package to…read moreme because my name wasn't on the shipping address, even though I had proof of purchase, receipts, my name on the billing address, bank statements, and I owned the fedex account that shipped the package. The management here is terrible! Travis, an older gentleman, kept repeating that I could not prove that the package belonged to me, but he would not even look at my proof! Extremely rude and dismissive. Would not help me out at all and basically said tough luck. Here's where it gets worse: After being on the phone with FedEx customer support, I had two shipping representatives call into the store to authorize me for pickup. I also had the original recipient on the shipping address call in and verify for me. Travis still refused to give me my package. It seemed he was holding it back out of prejudice or bias because he obviously knew I owned that package. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a manager, what a joke. I called the store back the next day to get an update and a rude lady interrupted me while I was explaining my situation just to say the package had left the store and she didn't know where it went. Her name was Bonnie, I've seen others complain about her here and I can confirm she is as rude as they say she is. Please do not trust this store with anything of value, they are absolutely nuts and probably have the worst manager in all of Georgia.
