Ugh... I was super annoyed, possibly because I was in a rush, but i tried to be patient. My patience hardly paid off this morning. So , I ran into this location just to print a few copies of my resume. I was greeted by a young lady, who was nice enough. She gave me an email address to send my document to, which I did and I immediately received an auto reply email from FedEx. I was told I needed to wait for for the store to pull up the email. This is he annoying part... I was them handed off to another member of the staff, she toyed around on the computer while I waited patiently for 15 minutes!!! 15 minutes is a long time when you're in a rush. I politely asked her if she had received the email yet , she checked, and casually replied with a nope. Ma'am why am I standing here, like a fool, if you're not even working on my order? She ignored me, so I went over to the self help area and attempted to use the computer to print. The computers weren't working; great. Out of frustration, I demand that someone else help me. The third staff member them provided me with another email address, which works; finally. Now it's printing time or is it? The second page jammed and I've already paid for my copies. I was now late for my appointment, so while they tried to fix the jam , i grabbed the only available copy of my resume and ran to my appointment; late.
I came back after my appointment for the rest of my copies and receipt. The young lady that wasted 15 minutes ( I timed it) of my life was no where on sight. The gentleman working there finally gave me an apology for the gross inconvenience, kinda. The moral of the story is to only go to this FedEx if you have an ample amount of time to waste. read more
