    Don't come here to unbind a book. I asked to have my book unbound and put it in a binder so I could rearrange it. They unbound it just to rebound it again. Waited 3 hours for a mess up. WTF.

    This isn't a regular Staples, it's one of their "Copy & Print Center" branches that provide service to make multiple black & white/color copies, posters, fliers, business cards, etc. They do sell notebooks, packs of paper, pens, pencils, folders, printer cartridges, e-reader accessories and other forms of stationery and office supply things. My reasoning for coming here is generally because they have a partnership with Amazon and they provide their location as a mailing location for packages. Through an "Amazon Locker" contraption they will hold your Amazon.com item for 3 days before they send it back. Funny part is that my first time using this service the Staples employee here had no idea how to use it, thank goodness that it's user friendly - just find your order pick-up number via email, type it in and *boom* the locker your item is stored in will automatically open. This is especially convenient if you're not sure if you will be home to take a delivery or can't use your office, but Amazon does have rules and restrictions that are dependent on the size, weight and nature of the product. I would recommend you take a step back immediately after you type in the last character of your code because a certain someone (...kay, me) almost got smacked in the face by locker #13, lol.

    Hours posted not accurate Opens at 9a. , not 7. This is pretty basic stuff, and highly unhelpful.

    I use this Staples on Bway and 56/55 all the time. The employees go above and beyond, something rare these days. You must ask for May!

    Making copies here is beyond awful. Copier jammed, made copies on the wrong kind of paper, and getting reimbursed took 20 minutes.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
