Every time I come in, he's the one keeping everything running smoothly. He's fast, organized, patient, and incredibly diligent, even when the store is busy and clearly understaffed. What stands out most is that he genuinely pays attention to customers. He always asks if I need an envelope, packaging help, or anything else before I leave. He's also a notary, which makes the process even easier, and he handles everything efficiently without ever making customers feel rushed or like a burden. You can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly, and honestly, he's one of the main reasons I continue using this location. UPS is lucky to have someone this reliable and hardworking representing their store. Cesar deserves appreciation for the level of customer service he provides every single time.

No one ever rings my bell they just leave a post it note on the fort saying to pick up down the block. Every single time I order something and it comes from UPS I have an issue. I go out of my way to avoid them at all costs. I have had to get refunds on my last two orders and UPS have offered no explanation for why the package was never delivered. I have cameras and would know if the package was delivered and or stollen but UPS simply never delivers anything then have the audacity to send an email update claiming delivery. No doubt in my mind that this location is scamming customers or is the most negligent location in the country.

At the age of 30 I should really know how to print off a shipping label and send a package without any help, but here we are. I was insecure about my lack of UPS ball knowledge, but he was so helpful and engaging that it made me feel not stupid. I watched him help a couple other customers out with the same positive attitude, and I was inspired. It was a short 3 minute interaction, but Kev's positivity and helpfulness made my day a little better. Give him a raise UPS. IG @johnny.novo Tiktok @jnov__ Substack @johnnynovo

Took a 15" long fragile item in to be packed and shipped. Was helped by Deven. He charged for…read more18x14x12 fragile pack, which by my math does not meet the 2" of required packing material that UPS regulations say should be around all fragile items, but they're the experts so I follow their lead. They then decided to wedge my 15" fragile item into a 14" long box, completely ignoring the 18" box they charged for and the 2" packaging material rule for fragile items that their own company (UPS) enforces. Plus, they charged for dimensional weight of the larger box (19lbs cost instead of the actual weight cost of 8lbs), then used a smaller box so that the store did not get charged for the 19lbs dimensional weight. So to recap - the store paid for 8lbs of freight but charged customer for 19lbs of freight. Talk about deceptive business practices. This store should be investigated. Do not take your fragile items here to ship unless you packed it yourself. If you get charged for dimensional weight, make sure the store actually uses the appropriate box.

However, the worker, Penny/Jenny, was very kind, respectful, and helpful. She apologized for the long wait and communicated with us throughout the process. During my visit on a Saturday afternoon, my wait was 45 minutes. Which was fine, had plenty to occupy my time. Despite paying higher price's for shipping packages. My package which was going local to Queen's took over 2 weeks to arrive. If I am mailing off packages to the Southern part of the Country, it takes a week or so. The service left a lot to be desired, but that did not stop me from being thrilled to have my packages mailed out. The architecture of this majestic post office is on another level. The Corinthian colonnades, and the Imperial Coat of Arms of Prussia. This specific design is carved into a decorative, hexagonal ceiling panel, which is commonly found in historic government buildings, palaces, or university halls constructed during the Prussian era or German Empire.
