The is a big FedEx store, not just shipping and packaging, they also got print/copy, workstations, and section for gifts, cards, and accessories. The store was clean and tidy. Each section was clearly marked. I went to drop off a package. I was quickly serviced by an associate. He printed the label and attached it box. All free of cost. Got the confirmation label right away. Lots of parking spots were available right in front of the store. It was a wonderful first time experience at this store. read more

Stopped in to simply print a document from the self service printer stations and 20 minutes later I'm helping the technicians who were supposed to be there fixing one printer troubleshoot on the printer I used ... this was literally something out of a sketch comedy. I was able to finally print my documents but this experience while comical wasn't what I wanted or needed and won't be back to this location. read more

There should be TWO fax/copy machines, not 1! This is my 3rd visit and it takes forever for a fax to go through, so there's ALWAYS a long line of angry people waiting. Copying papers are quick. But faxing takes ages. GET 2 machines please!!!!!!! read more

Associate was extremely rude. The pick up truck driver was outside waiting until 6pm to leave, I get there while he's still waiting outside. There's a woman being helped and another associate just hanging out. When I'm waiting on line to drop my package off that already has a label, the driver comes in to say "that's it?" And I asked him if he could take the package I was holding as it was ground and it was a ground truck. He says it needs to be scanned. All of a sudden the associate decides to help me as it turns to 6pm. When I asked if I could bring this to the driver, he said no because it's passed 6p. Proceeded to argue with me that I can't bring it to the truck driver because he shut the back door already. I said by the time he spent arguing with me, I could've given him this package. The associate said "come earlier next time". Is this how customers are treated? read more

1 star for overall customer service at this location. I will start by saying I've printed here for special occasions in the past and have had pretty good experiences with a gentleman who works there. A few days ago I went in with a USB of items I wished to be printed and I was VERY clear in my direction that I wanted matte finish on all items and even showed an example of the poster board finish that was a small sample at the register. I was assured this would be met by the woman who rang me up. She even went over to the assistant manager (who seemed incredibly uninterested and miserable) to clarify a thing or two and told me it would be ready the following day. I went back the following evening to pick up my items. To my surprise, the poster board was shiny and glistening in the light. It was now the miserable assistant manager who was ringing me up. I told her that I exactly stated I wanted a matte finish on ALL items, most particular the poster board which I again pointed to the sample at the register. With her miserable demeanor she tried to explain to me that they "laminated it as part of a bundle." I told her the words "lamination and bundle" were never mentioned during my purchase and I reiterated that I wanted nothing shiny which is exactly what lamination would do!! She asked if I could wait 30-40 minutes for the machine to re-print it although I could not so I decided to return the next day for pick up of all my items. An inconvenience to me of course since they couldn't get it right the first time! I should have clarified at this time what the cost difference would be, assuming lamination is more expensive, I figured my total would be lower when I returned for my final pickup! I returned today to pick everything up, and a lovely woman started to assist me. Everything was looking good until I asked for an explanation of what I was paying for since the total was the same. She tried asking the asst. manager who was hardly giving her co-worker the time of day. She nearly acted as if she was bothering her with my question. After a few moments the asst manager decided to give me the time of day and came by to answer my questions. She was incredibly unhelpful and seemed to almost not want to explain my purchase to me. Truthfully, I was in awe of the entire experience. I clarified she was the asst manager and asked her if I could speak to the manager. She told me I would have to come back on Monday. Annoyed, of course, I rhetorically asked her how often she expected me to keep returning to this store!!?!! And proceeded to tell her I would be calling on Monday to report the overall bad customer service and her poor attitude and service recovery as asst manager. read more

I wanted to send a package and the counter representative told me he couldn't accept it because the box wasn't closed. I don't have packaging tape and I didn't realize FedEx wouldn't put 18" of tape on a box for me. UPS does it all the time without a complaint. I paid extra to send it UPS. read more

We use this place all the time for work and play! Need a poster, a banner, a sign? Just upload it on their website in like 5 minutes and go pick it up in a few hours or the next morning. The help is is HELPFUL - how about that for a change? and I wouldn't take my work to any of the big box stores like Staples and have to deal with them. They open up mad early and they stay open pretty late -- Whether for work or play -- (need a banner for a birthday party?) Give them a shot. read more

Update: It just gets worse. I filed and official complaint with Fedex corporate. They must have notified the store manager (Chris) who called me to hear the story. After I told him, the first thing he said was "I understand his employees point"! He began to ask what he could do for me, but I said "you've said enough Chris. So I usually love FedEx Office and Print Centers. Since I'm in sales, I'm on the road all day and don't have an office to sit and print stuff, so I use these locations as my office whenever I need to sit and print out a ton of stuff. I spent over an hour going through my company website and choosing and printing documents. Page after page, I must have chosen about 60 different documents to print. After I was finished choosing, I logged out of the computer and went over to the printer to gather my papers. The one colored page I printed was there, but none of the others. I walked around looking in all the printers, and finally asked. "The black and white printer is out of order. There's a sign on it." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I look over and theres a tiny little sign on the back of one of the printers. HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THATS THE PRINTER IT DEFAULTED TO? I just spent over an HOUR of my day printing things that went no where. The woman told me to go back on the computer and print everything from the color printer. I said it would have been nice for her to tell me this before I just wasted an hour. Her response was that there was a sign. I'm sorry I don't usually walk over and examine the printers before I get on a computer and start printing. I told her the sign should be on the COMPUTER SCREEN not on the printer itself. She said they were only allowed to put the sign in a particular place. BS. I wasted an hour and a half here. Granted, she did not charge for the SECOND time I had to log onto the computer to print my stuff, but the lack of customer care was unbelievable. read more

Was trying to ship a monitor today and the guy at the counter said they didn't have any boxes for a 24 inch monitor. I apparently looked as annoyed as I felt because they guy told me to wait one second and walked away to talk to someone I have to assume was the manager. Nearly five minutes later he comes back to tell me that they never carried a box for a monitor that size and will only start carrying them next year. In some weak attempt to try and alleviate the situation this guy was crazy enough to say "You can try again next year." Like that was going to help me in the present! The best part is that as soon as I got home I called up the UPS that is a little further and they said they could ship something of that size with no problem. So FedEx just lost a customer yesterday. read more

Four stars for the staff for helping with the workaround. One star for the company policy to refuse to scan or allow you to scan yourself documents to email - too risky. Apparently the risk of flying airplanes, driving trucks, sending faxes and delivering millions of packages is OK, but not email. I don't know....I've given this place a ton of opportunities and it's just painful. I usually only do print services to pick up, but that usually takes forever anyways. Every time I go in there's a line, the customer service is non-existent and I even dread driving to this place. I think I need to find another places to go. read more

In order to call the location, you have to go through their main answering service. WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 minutes, as soon as a representative answered, you cannot hear them on the phone, and then you STILL have to be reconnected to the location and be on hold again! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! read more

I've been to many a Kinkos and now Fedex Office locations printing full color brochures etc. This location is the best in the area and CJ not only knows what's she's doing but is very helpful. I won't go anyplace else again if I can help it. read more

My experience was so bad never ever think about to go there and to complete any kind of thing that you need to finish. I am still trying to calm down.
