I've been in to Power Postal about 10 times in the past month and each time, the staff and owner (Melissa) have been outstanding! These guys have been our office away from home. My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.

She then tells me it's illegal to do so, which I say I disclosed that when sending it and I was never informed you can't send money. The woman on the phone was bratty and this was a terrible experience. I would have never sent my mom money for bills via mail if I would've known it was not allowed, hence why I disclosed it and asked to insure it. I asked for confirmation it left the store, which I did not get. Do not come here, go to a corporate ups store, they have better training and regulations. This franchise is not it.

It made me use canva which then would not let me save and print. It only allowed me to make an order which I could print later and not save. After wasting 40 mins with the manager saying sorry he doesn't know what to do, the other employee said she could log me out so I could stop paying and she could charge me an extra $17 to make me a proof so I could print. She finally agreed to print mine for me. Once again an even more horrible experience then before. Thanks to her I got what I needed after an hour and double the price. Business access to this location is from the southbound lane on Power Road and the eastbound lane on Superstition Springs Blvd entrance on Superstition Springs Blvd west of Power. This FedEx location is a full service copy, Print shop and shipping center. There is Parking that is dedicated to FedEx customers convenient for shipping customers as well as shared parking with adjacent businesses like the HonorHealth Urgent Care. There is plenty of additional parking in the back. Service requested 5/5 Today I was returning heavy duty dining room table chair set in their original un-opened shipping boxes. Did I mention heavyweights? I was fortunate the Manufacturer was willing to take them back at no cost and even sent me two pre-paid shipping labels to attach. Customer service 5/5 These boxes took everything I had to get them in my Telluride and getting them out and in the store was going to be another challenge had it not been for the help I received from an employee.
