I've been coming to The Custom Press routinely for my business shipping needs and love it…read more The owner Eric is very knowledgeable in all areas of shipping and is also a notary public. He's also a great guy and always makes you feel welcome. I take all of my DHL and FedEx items here and they always get shipped out and delivered on time smoothly. There's also post office boxes you can get, excellent print jobs and passport photos as well. There's plenty of parking, with no wait and there's a Super Target and plenty of places to eat in this strip mall (Chipotle, Portillo's, Poke Bros, etc), so you can take care of all your needs in one trip. The Custom Press is much quicker and efficient than going to FedEx Office or DHL for me and my coworkers and has become a trusted partner for all of us. Thank you!

I decided to try him for a major ship - my classic vintage stereo receiver, nearly 50 years old. I packed it well in a single box, but asked him the price for an outer carton for added security. The price was fair, he made the box, packed it, and shipped it out the same day, and he wouldn't even let me carry the thing (60 lbs into his store from my car! All-in-all, a happy experience.

When I told the girl we were quoted $5.00 she said that's wrong, I must have given the wrong info when I called. I had no choice but to mail it at this point. My wife called the store and tried explaining to the man that answered and he kept repeating things incorrectly so she asked to speak to the manager. Manager Lily came to the phone and said we must have measured wrong and if I didn't like the price when I got there I could have left without mailing my package. No accountability! She even laughed while saying this. She totally dismissed our wanting this corrected, and in an unprofessional way. It isn't even the $2.00 difference, it's the fact they didn't honor a quote and the lack of professionalism

West Valley Graphics in St. Charles, IL, went above and beyond in helping us create the perfect celebration of life pamphlet for my best friend's mother. From the very start, Dana was incredibly responsive and ensured that our order was handled with care. Leslie took on the challenge of printing and making countless edits--easily over 20--with patience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to getting everything just right. The pamphlet was designed in Canva, and they even helped us tweak the layout so it printed flawlessly. In addition to the pamphlets, they printed beautiful memorial bookmarks and oversized photos for display on easels. My best friend reminded me that this was a final document--one that would live on forever--and thanks to West Valley Graphics, it turned out absolutely perfect. Even though I live an hour away in Chicago, I will gladly pass by countless print shops to work with West Valley Graphics again. Their exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and compassion during such a meaningful moment will always be appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I sent an inquiry on Yelp and received a response, immediately. From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. My friend could not stop thanking me for choosing the right printer who realized their vision of how to memorialize their mother. Please do not hesitate to hire this company if you need the design and/or print services that they provide.
