When it arrived at the factory, the factory wouldn't open it because the packaging was damaged. It was packaged by St. Charles parcel employee and shipped with UPS. It took 3 weeks for UPS to inspect the package, UPS decided to send the package back to St. Charles parcel, where it sat for another month. I called the parcel office at least once a week and I was assured they will ship it back to the factory. Today I picked up my machine from ST.CHARLES PARCEL PLUS, it was there for at least a month.....it wasn't shipped anywhere and if I didn't go to pick up my broken machine it would still sit there broken I'm totally disgusted! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! When they mess up, they do not accept responsibility. BTW do not waste your money on insurance! Even though my package was insured, no one would accept responsibility, thus total waste of money

He's also a great guy and always makes you feel welcome. I take all of my DHL and FedEx items here and they always get shipped out and delivered on time smoothly. There's also post office boxes you can get, excellent print jobs and passport photos as well. There's plenty of parking, with no wait and there's a Super Target and plenty of places to eat in this strip mall (Chipotle, Portillo's, Poke Bros, etc), so you can take care of all your needs in one trip. But OH NO! I had forgotten to put something inside! I felt so bad; he had done such a nice job! Dennis, said not to worry! He unwrapped what he had already painstakingly wrapped, all the while making me not feel absolutely terrible! It is located in the back of a mostly empty shopping plaza, and not very visible from the street. I only found out about it after Google searching copy places near me (the Fed-Ex/Kinko's I usually go to was having a very hard day -- couldn't even make me 40 b&w copies, but that's a different story for a different review). I am so glad I know about this UPS store now. I called ahead to check pricing and availability. The man who answered the phone, Jon, was very friendly, answered all my questions, and invited me to come on in. As soon as I walked in, Jon greeted me with a smile. There was a blonde woman working as well, whose name I didn't catch (sorry!), who was also extremely pleasant. Jon even went out of his way to use white-out on my original where there was some writing I didn't want copied. The white-out covered some of the lines, so he went and got a ruler and a pen and drew me some more perfectly straight lines!! He did a test copy to make sure I was happy, and then made the rest of my copies. All of this for someone who was spending a grand total of $4.00!! That, in my book, is customer service that goes above and beyond. I need copy and printing services fairly often for my work, and this is DEFINITELY my new go-to print shop. Those of you who drive past 59 & North Ave everyday and don't realize this great little print/mailing shop is back here, take a closer look. It's worth finding. Cost was literally pennies to print them. A new set of photos would have cost me around $20 I emailed the attachment and picked up the prints in under an hour. The staff at the print center were courteous and knowledgeable. They seemed to have a good amount of work to keep them occupied, shows that the business is running well.
