I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Not sure $335 is a bargain, worked out to $140 per side windows and $195 for the windshield (with a supposed $25 discount on the windshield) but the job is decent, if the 2-3 bubbles I see in the windshield go away, as promised. Arrived to their South Elgin location (attached to Key West Car Wash and detailing) and Custom Driven flaked. No show or no text, and I even waited a half hour just in case. The joint detailing company sharing the building space even tried to contact Eugene and Custom Driven for me and were super helpful. They couldn't get a hold of anyone either. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. Will probably end up finding a differing tint provider - but, if you're in need of detailing, hit up Key West in South Elgin. They were way more professional and customer service oriented.
