However, within less than a year, about half of the trees they planted died--despite following care instructions and watering guidelines closely. It's extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone, and essentially ghosted... mind you I paid more than 4K for tree installation. Even more frustrating, they advertise a tree replacement policy on their website, but this appears to be more of a marketing gimmick than a genuine commitment. My requests for replacement or even a discussion about what went wrong have been completely ignored. I'm very unhappy with how this was handled and cannot recommend this company based on their follow-through and customer service. The installation was only half the job--supporting the customer and honoring your guarantees is the other half, and on that front, they failed.

Technician said i needed to have the pipes hydro jetted for 1700$ or replaced for 17,000$ in just one section! After finishing, he handed me an 800$ bill and basically didn't tell me anything other then I have a blockage without fixing the problem.
