However, within less than a year, about half of the trees they planted died--despite following care instructions and watering guidelines closely. What's been most disappointing is their complete lack of response. I've made multiple attempts to contact them--calls, emails, even messages through their website--and have received no reply. It's extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone, and essentially ghosted... mind you I paid more than 4K for tree installation. Even more frustrating, they advertise a tree replacement policy on their website, but this appears to be more of a marketing gimmick than a genuine commitment. My requests for replacement or even a discussion about what went wrong have been completely ignored. I'm very unhappy with how this was handled and cannot recommend this company based on their follow-through and customer service. The installation was only half the job--supporting the customer and honoring your guarantees is the other half, and on that front, they failed.

When I was traveling around the U.S. (and then some) for security conferences and security site reviews, I would drop off 20-30+ lbs of laundry, sometimes really sweaty workout t-shirts, clothes that could almost walk by itself and more than occasions, a few pairs of 5.11 pants that were so caked in mud that I thought they were completely trashed, but fear not... These instances were no challenge for the staff at JetXpress Laundry. Just like the sign says at the door, two minutes to drop off laundry and two minutes to pick it up again. The turnarounds were never an issue, and sometimes when I knew I might have to jet out someplace, and didn't take care of my laundry, they were able to wash and fold it often within the same day. The staff is always friendly and would challenge my Rosetta Stone Spanish skills while I was dropping off laundry and picking it up again. An added plus is that they accept credit and debit cards unlike some of the other drop-off laundry locations around Elgin and Dundee. You wouldn't go wrong bringing your laundry to JetXpress, just look at all the other five-star reviews and see why!
