Often, you only read bad reviews about delivery companies however I was pretty impressed by what the staff at this location did for me. I had purchased an item on EBay to use in a project that I was scheduled to install on the following weekend. The seller missed their guaranteed delivery date and the package was scheduled to be delivered on a day when the electric was due to be off the day for for maintenance by So Cal Edison. I thought I would fix this by using my Fedex account Manage Delivery feature to have the package delivered to a local Fedex office. The package arrived in CA from FL on Thursday for its original scheduled delivery on Friday however when Fedex processed the re-delivery request, the delivery date was moved to Monday (too late). I called Fedex and they confirmed that I could not change the delivery address again or pick the package up from the Branford location (where I could see it had arrived on Friday morning from City of Industry). Throwing caution to the wind, I decided to take a 55 mile trip out to see if I could get the item. This location is basically a series of large warehouse buildings where Fedex packages are sorted for local distribution. I checked in at security and gave them my tracking number and they called it through to another department to check the package was there. After confirming this, they asked me to wait in a small office by security and about 15 minutes later, an employee showed up with my Fedex Ground package. Given that I was told that I couldn't collect the package from this location, and their warehouses span about 3 football fields, I was astonished that they were able to find my package and hand it over. I give Fedex 5 stars for going the extra mile so that I was able to get the project completed on schedule on Saturday (no thanks to the clown EBay seller!). read more

Bad Service!!! I'm supposed to put "No Star" at all. We supposed to received a package today May 20, 2026 in between 11:50am to 1:50 pm today from FedEx Los Angeles to be delivered in Barryknoll Dr. area and we leave a paper note above the house number to call for consideration as very hot outside. The driver came earlier around 11:45am which is not within the time frame posted in the fedex tracking app. To our suprise we saw a missed tag 11:55am that we missed the package as signature needs to sign, fedex driver didn't even call as we personally requested, What worst was the driver didnt even atleast knock or do the doorbell. He just left without genuine care. My huband call the fedex and said they will come back again and now its 2 hours now. The service is so bad and so stressful. read more

FedEx is a terrible business. I had a box addressed prepaid and ready to send to a company. I asked the driver if he could take it for me, and he said absolutely not! I said why not I've given it to FedEx drivers in the past. He said then they made a mistake. We are not allowed to take packages from customers! And he was really rude by the way. read more

My package was due for delivery on a Wednesday out of this location, but by mid-afternoon that day the tracking said it was delayed due to "Weather". There was not bad weather. The next day, the tracking said "Held at Customer Request", and I made no such request, so I contacted fedex.com to complain and was told: "that location is short-staffed, and Fedex Ground packages are due for delivery in 5-7 days". Amazon promised me it would be 1 day, Wednesday. Another day passed, and the package is still "On Hold due to customer instructions", which is simply false and despite my conversation with Fedex to the contrary. I intend to refuse delivery if the package ever does arrive and have re-ordered a similar item for delivery tomorrow. read more

My package disappeared into a FEDEX building in Pacoima in L.A. for 3 days. No updates and no way to talk to a live person who knew any more than I did. I actually got "updates" that the package was "out for delivery " all 3 days. A little research turned up the HORRIBLE public relations of that facility in Pacoima. Also, when I dropped the package off, I told the girl in the office I wanted the package left with no signature. I gave an insurance value of @$2500 which I found out later MUST have a signature. She didn't tell me this! My client waited 3 DAYS to sign for it! This was a $650 shipment. NOT CHEAP for such questionable service. read more

This FedEx location is a complete joke. Online on Google, Yelp, and their own website they show pictures of friendly staff, customers holding boxes, shipping supplies, and a welcoming walk-in lobby--but it's all fake. None of that exists here. They even have a sign for customer parking, but when you go inside there's no lobby, no office, no directions, no signs, and no real customer assistance. Just a huge warehouse where they redirect you into a tiny room that feels like walking into a courtroom or even jail, complete with detectors and a cold, unwelcoming process. This is not customer service. It's embarrassing. FedEx management and the owners should be ashamed. Without us, the paying customers, you wouldn't even have a business. We pay your bills, so the least you could do is provide basic courtesy and an actual office for customer service instead of running a setup that makes people feel like criminals. Everybody reading this: go somewhere else where they treat customers with respect and appreciation. read more

Awful service. For multiple days in a row now, my delivery has been delayed, wasting my time. There has been no contact, and my package has still not been delivered. I can see the driver on the map, and multiple times the driver does not come where I live before I get a message about the delivery being not attempted, and that they'll schedule for another day. Then the process repeats. When I try to call customer service, they said that they were busy and would call back, which they never do. The whole situation is frusterating, why waste people's time like this? I wish there was an option for no stars, because that's the rating that it deserves. read more

Fedex sucks and gets worse every year! This year they hit all time new low. They are completely useless. They literally do nothing right!!! I came here because my package appears stuck at this location. I was not home the day they delivered it and I got a text stating they would try again the next day. I waited at home for it, but nothing ever happened. The next day I called and requested to pick it up at a FedEx about half a mile from me. It seemed like it got stuck in Pacoima so I drove up here to get it. I also called FedEx but they were not helpful. When I pulled up I realized this place is by far the largest FedEx location I have ever seen. There were at least 100 trucks there and it was hard to find out where to park and enter. It seemed overwhelmingly large. The parking lot entrance is on the north side and there is a small building on the north east side of the parking lot. Walk around the doors that say "not an entrance" and you will see a door with a black bench next to it. This is where you can enter. I was greeted by a very nice lady who wrote down my tracking number and called someone to ask for it. The guy she spoke with said the package was on a truck and he offered to call her back in 20 minutes to update her. We waited for 20 minutes, but he never called. We left empty handed and wondered if the package was there hiding in the sea of trucks. Very disappointing....hopefully the shipper can reship via USPS or UPS instead.... read more

I ordered some paper towels and the FedEx drver left the package at the community mailbox instead of my front door. Someone took the package. I was never notified of the delivery. My Mother's Day flowers were ordered from an online flower shop which I will refrain from using their name in my Fedex review. My daughter ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday, May 9, 2025 for myself and my mother. I intentionally went to my mothers house to be there when her arrangement arrived. She is 86-years old and unable to get around. I arrived early (10 a.m.) and planned to be there all day until the flowers arrived. The flowers never arrived on 05/09/2025. On Sunday my daughter received a message from the 1-800 Flowers sharing a status update from the delivery company stating "we attempted to deliever your gift but we were unable to do so." My issue with this update is they never called my daughter, who ordered the flowers or leave a delivery attempt notice on the door. My mother and I along with other family members there ALL DAY! Never left the house. I contacted customer service and spoke to "Edward" in an attempt to obtain the attempted delivery time. I wanted to check the "ring"camera. He was unable to be exact. My belief is because it never happened! My mothers flowers finally arrived late Sunday afternoon, May 10th. My flower delivery date was changed from the original date, May 9, 2025 to Tuesday, May 13 before 8 p.m. Integrity and character used to mean everything! . Both of these ethical and moral traits count!!! Especially in business!!! Your intentions don't mean much if you don't stand behind your words! We will use local florist in the future. read more

Absolutely worst delivery service. Drivers are nice, but shipments are almost always delayed when shipped through them. When I pay for 2 day shipping, getting a package 5 days after it was shipped is ridiculous. I could have driven and picked the damn thing up myself faster. It's not a one time issue, it's constant. I am at the point that if a company only ships by FedEx, I won't order from them. read more

Worst customer service ever! They never get anything right, loose packages, cannot follow simple instructions, mess up vacation holds and now have employees stealing packages. You can try calling any number and you always end up in the Philippines who has zero knowledge of anything and is setup for total failure. And don't bother to ask any other questions for that matter as it is always the same response "I am sorry, I don't have that information"! The driver/carrier for the Ventura Blvd. section between Laurel Canyon and Whitsett apparently doesn't know how to enter office buildings without someone holding his hand. I've missed about 10 deliveries because he just doesn't know how to get into an office building. I've contacted FedEx multiple times in order for them to provide the Pacoima distribution center the code to get into our building, but for some reason, FedEx can't manage to get their heads out of their a**es. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service!!! Which is surprising because they treat their drivers so well. :-( Left door tag on outer gate but never rang to reach the house. I requested to have the package held at one of their designated holding spots. Received notice that it was being held. Called the holding place and they say they don't have it. Now, I'm receiving notices that it's out for delivery and is scheduled by the end of day? WHEN IS THAT?! Should I just wait outside for 6 hours and hope they drive by? It's freaking absurd that you can't contact them and actually speak to someone, but I guess that's their way of telling you to drop dead, you aren't important to them. read more

My rating is negative 5 stars but I have to leave at least 1 star with this rating system. Fedex refuses to deliver my parcels to my apartment door. They deliver them to the address at my apartment complex and leave the parcels outside the gate and they get stolen. Where they leave the parcels there is an intercom with my last name. You dial 2 digits and my phone rings, I answer and come get my parcel at the gate. Fedex refuses to do this and my parcels have been stolen going on almost 7 years since living at this address. I would not use Fedex to deliver anything. They are by far the worse delivery company on the planet. I can't even get my mail how stressful is that. Los Angeles 90042 read more

I wouldn't blame it only on the delivery drivers they let them out late sometimes as late as 10 am then you have the drivers speeding down Laurel Cyn or San Fernando road trying to get to their first stop. As a online shopper myself I would like my packages on time . No one knows how much I track all my packages when I see it says package is out for delivery . To then have them use a code 82 and send it bk to the Fedex warehouse. These complaints should go straight to the corporate office . I do want to tell these drivers please be a little careful with our packages please .Because we would like our packages some time before Christmas Thank you to all delivery drivers Merry Christmas read more

They claimed they made a delivery attempt at 3pm to my business. My business has an all glass front store, a giant open sign, 7 people working directly in front of the windows. We get packages all day long but apparently somehow he was unable to deliver it. I called Wayfair because it's a holiday weekend and now it's pushed my delivery pack 4 days further in advance. Fedex pretty much told Wayfair that my driver didn't know if he was at the right place when he drove up so he just left instead of coming inside. So now my packages are just sitting in their warehouse for an additional 4 days and I've had to cancel the help I hired to help me put the packages all together. And push my grand opening back another 2 weeks, simply because the fedex guy didn't feel like walking in to my business.
