    Absolute joke of a distribution center. Shame on everyone and everyone who works there. I bought a gift for my father and made sure to pay for faster shipping. Like anyone who is awaiting a package, I tracked the tracking number on it estimated delivery date (a day prior to my fathers bday JUST TO BE SAFE). Everything was going fine until I noticed on Monday April 1st, my delivery time changed from 12p to end of day. Again, fine. Things happen and I don't mind waiting a few more hours. That's kinda why I bought the faster shipping so that I was safe in case of this. Well, 8pm comes around, no package. No updates either. So I called the FedEx customer support number (that is based offshore by the way) and asked what was going on with my package. I was told it is "on the way" and to "not worry". Turns out, it went as far as reaching my local FedEx distribution center in Chandler, AZ. I waited until the next morning thinking SURELY it had to be received in my mailbox by now and I'd be able to gift my father this on the day of his bday. Come to find out that now there is a "delay". I called fedex offshore "support" again. They told me that my package has arrived in (GUESS WHERE?!) ****ing Aurora, Colorado. I am absolutely astonished at the lack of caring, integrity and damage this experience has done to the FedEx brand. It is now April 4th and I still have no update to where my package is(original estimated delivery of Monday, 4/1). Burn this garbage dump down and send everyone of those careless, crabby, hourly "workers" to McDonalds to work part time and steal French fries in between every order. I'm not done with this and I plan to make everyone's life a living hell who had their hand involved in getting my package which was 5 miles from my house, to Aurora, MFing Colorado. Absolute poverty of a brand. FedEx = Walmart.

    BE WARE!!!!! Do not use FedEx if the contents are important to you. They destroy the contents with impunity, and then fail to accept culpability. This item is, as far as I know, a one-of-a-kind piece, a 1903 Model A Poulson Telegraphone. Two of the photographs are how it looked when it shipped to me. The last photograph is how it arrived from FedEx. This is NOT The first time FedEx has cavalierly delivered a destroyed treasure and, of course, refused to accept responsibility. If your package is important, pick a reputable shipper. ANY shipper but FedEx

    I came in with a whole lot of boxes. Ronan helped me and I could not believe how rude that child…read morewas. I've known that boy since he was in diapers. I did not expect the rudeness I received from him. Yes, I had a whole lot of boxes and then he proceeded to tell me that I needed to take them over to the kiosk and run them through myself. The kiosk was full. There was no way I could put anything in there and they said oh yeah we'll fit fix it later. Just leave the stuff on the top. I'm not leaving my stuff on top of there for somebody else to pick up and steal. I'm 71 years old. I don't have the skill set to do this. He did all the other boxes in a matter of minutes and he wants me to do everything else which would probably take me over an hour to do because I'm not very quick on my feet. I don't see very well and he was so rude about it. I will take my business somewhere else and I will not be back here, especially if Ronan is working. He should be ashamed of himself if he treats me like this and I've known him since he was a baby I can't imagine what he does to other people. I'm sure April and Craig would be very disappointed in him.

They are second to none in the customer service they provide. When we first moved here 4 years ago and started using their mailbox, the service was ok. But then they received the gift of their current manager, Oliver. Oliver should be traveling the world training managers, and business owners how to serve their customers. You can tell he's also a good boss, because his employees are just as professional, kind and compassionate. They value their customers. Do you want a UPS store where you know to be taken care of for your shipping, printing and returning merchandise needs? Come to this store, # 4030, you won't be disappointed!
