Brian helped us with every aspect of the insurance process as well as provided us with a very detailed breakdown of everything that was being replaced and what we could expect the day of. When it came to the roof installation, we were actually able to start a day earlier then planned when another job finished early! The team arrived promptly at 7:00am as promised. Poor Experience. Feazel punctured my gas line in the attic due to excessively long roofing nails and left a neighbor's heating vent improperly installed. after roof installation we found dozens of roof nails protruding all over the attic, (see pics) 2 nails punctured my gas line, we were without heat or hot water for days, the punctured gas line could have caused an GAS EXPLOSION, Feazel did not accept responsibility nor did they respond!!!! I've used COVENANT ROOFING and had a much smoother experience; Covenant conducted throrough inspections of both my roof and attic and even repaired any torn window screens, from a customer service perspective, Feazel was careless, hurried the job and had no post-installation customer service! COVENANT wins HANDS DOWN. UPDATE: my neighbors furnace vent was not installed properly after Feazel finished her roof they failed to replace her vent causing CO (CARBON MONOXIDE - an odorless gas which can kill) leaking into her house for days - a very dangerous situation!!! I would not work with Feazel again. We worked with them to replace our roof, and the experience has been terrible. The communication from Feazel has been atrocious. Phone calls, texts, and emails are not answered. They lost our paperwork, which caused significant delays and then scheduling issues. The crew was supposed to show up at a reasonable hour, but instead showed up at the crack of dawn, waking up our entire family. The work itself seems good, but the horrible communication prevents me from working with this company ever again. read more

While I didn't hire Feazel to do my roof, I suffered the consequences or their poor work quality and rude behaviors. My next door neighbor hired them to do his roof and I ended up with roof debris (shingles, plastic wrapping and even drinks bottles) and dozens of nails and staples in my back yard, side yard and driveway. They also just piled all the old roof debris onto my property and crushed several of my gardenia bushes on my side yard. When I called to report this to them they said they would clean it up and use a magnet to get the nails. After they supposedly did this I still found 47 more nails in my driveway (just laying out in the open, so not hard to find) and yard. When I contacted them again about my damaged bushes, they never bothered to respond. It will cost me over $150 to replace them. They are lucky none of my dogs were injured in the backyard by the debris and nails. Not that they seemed to care at all about that being a possibility. Two workers also came to my door in the middle of the day asking to come inside my house to use my microwave. I found that to be quite strange and a bit concerning since I didn't know them, they weren't working on my house and I was obviously a single female at home alone. I wish I could give them a zero star rating as I would never do business with such an unprofessional, destructive company. Don't be fooled by their schemes. Go with a reputable company!! read more

This is one of the most dishonest, unprofessional companies I've ever worked with!! They mislead you to believe they are a roofing company when in fact they are nothing more than a middle man hiring sub contractors (lowest bids) to perform the actual repairs or replacement of your roof. In my case those subs damaged more than repaired and made an absolute mess of my property. There are no Feazel employees on site as work is done and know one on site that speaks English as your house is being torn apart. Multiple Feazel reps make lots of calls and promise you everything! Ha. All blowing smoke! I finally threw the whole circus off my property before they completed the job. After many days of frustration, the company finally got problems resolved and finished the job. There is still some question as to the integrity of the job so they haven't received full payment yet. Feazel was contracted months ago, (over 6) it took them forever to get my roof replaced. There was even an ex employee that stopped by my home and warned me about this company After seeing their sign in my yard. All I can say is beware!!!! This company headquartered in Ohio is an absolute joke here in Cary N.C. . I could post all the names of useless Feazel employees I delt with but really no need they're all incompetent and all liars. Hope they stand behind they're "lifetime" warranty which is a joke in and of it self in writing or major lawsuits will be pursued with these folks! That's how bad they are. Consumers BEWARE! good communication when selling me their services then terrible- started when I got a call from an unknown sub-contractor that they want to start tomorrow which I approve- 3 men show up, none speak English, no attempted introduction, napping in driveway, call Feazel rep. who doesn't know they started, "foreman" who originally set up start never once was on site, 3 days later "crew" leaves without cleaning up or saying anything- I text/call/email Feazel rep with no response, do the same at Corporate office also fail to get any response. Have another qualified roofer come out who corrects many deficiencies and cleans everything up. over a month later Feazel wants to stop back for roof inspection. Awful. read more

Our roof replacement was a 3 day job. On the 2nd day, the team forgot to clean our back deck of nails and debris before they left. On the following day, one of the workmen relieved himself inside our fence in our backyard. Lastly, when the job was complete, they team failed to clean the debris and nails out of gutters. When it rained, we had all of the nails and debris come out of the gutters onto our driveway. While the product is likely very good, I would not recommend them due to the lack of attention to detail from beginning to end. read more
