Lini is a unicorn- I am beyond grateful for her patience, flexibility and attitude during the entire process. I ordered from feast well foods for Thanksgiving dinner this year. We just ordered the sides and decided to make the turkey ourselves for our small family only Thanksgiving. The food was incredible!!!! The highlight for me by far was the cardamom-maple yams and sweet potatoes! OMFG! It was so friggin delicious. I was full and done with dessert and I just wanted to eat more. Also, the cranberry-orange side for the turkey was one of the best thanksgiving cranberry sides I've ever had. We ordered the artichoke eggplant terrine for other family members (I'm not a huge eggplant fan).... but .... that was delicious too!!!! I loved that as well. I also ordered a special side of the oyster stuffing, which was a head above a regular stuffing. It was crazy how the flavors went together and stood out at the same time! I give them a resounding 5 STARS! I would 100% order their take out from them again. I had no idea they even did take out, I'm definitely going to look into it for special meals or even just a fancy Friday night take out. I highly suggest you check out their food and support a small family owned business especially during this crazy current pandemic we are in (November 2020, the height of the coronavirus pandemic...). The Feast Well Foods Take Out and Delivery service has been perfect for us, saving us time at stores, and the options are wonderful, delicious, expertly made. Feast your Eyes catered our daughter's wedding for 120 people in our back yard last weekend. I have thrown many parties here where I cooked BBQ for as many as 50 people, but 120 was over the top. Feast Your Eyes came at the right time and set up beautifully. Their food was much better than I have previously had at catered events. We had a casual menu of BBQ'd spareribs, corn bread, mac'n'cheese, baked salmon and salad. Everything was delicious, and the ribs were better than almost all of the local rib joints. The crowd loved it and pretty much cleaned the plates. We had to call off the food service at 11:30 because they were still eating and we wanted to close down the party. I need to also give kudos to the fine staff, who served effortlessly and graciously attended to some elderly guests who were unable to serve themselves. This was greatly appreciated. Absolutely the best! Went to another event (smaller) - also buffet style. Perfectly cooked salmon, chicken (bones in and roasted to perfection), rare to medium sliced of beef roast. Fried sweet potatoes to accompany the beef. A delicious fresh cucumber salad and the best rosemary-scented polenta I have ever tasted. I usually eat Pho three to four times a month sometimes more. I figured it was about time I learned to make Pho being born in Vietnam and all. So, I went to to a Pho cooking class at Feast Your Eyes Catering knowing that Chef is Vietnamese as well. AND I WAS Blown away. Look, this Pho was off the hook. I mean the depth of the broth (stock) was poetic and the freshness of the ingredients were unmatched. Take a cooking class there if they offer it again. My main problem now is where to eat Pho. Feast Your Eyes catered my uncle's memorial service a few weeks back. They provided a wide variety of food, which was all delicious. There was am ample amount of beverages as well. While the food was great, I was very disappointed in the way a couple of the staff members acted. They might have in a bad mood, but they were not friendly and didn't seem to want to be accommodating at that time when simply asking for ice. They made it seem as if we were making them go out of their way to give us something that wasn't already out on the bar area. Lini, the event coordinator was a dream and really helped put my mind at ease knowing everything would run smoothly under her supervision. I was planning our wedding from the west coast and only flew out a couple of times in the months before to pick flowers and do a tasting, so it was great to have Lini's help and advice. It really makes a difference having everything under one roof- venue, food, rentals, and service all included! We thought we were going to have a really difficult time finding someone that could provide a delicious vegan menu that even carnivores would love, but Feast Your Eyes chefs did an amazing job! Lynn, Chef Chris Nguyen, and the entire Feast Your Eyes Catering team delivered a one of a kind experience at last week's 'Pho Friday'. The cooking demonstration, which was hosted in their kitchen, was great to watch first hand and I must say, of all the bowls of pho I've had, this was the best. They offered three different broths: a traditional beef broth, a coconut broth with pork (my favorite of the night), and a vegan Tom Yum, as well as shrimp galettes, green papaya salad, and fried brussel sprouts.
