They are reliable and their prices are reasonable. I've been working with Megan for years now on my orders and she's wonderful! She can make a mine following my requests or budget constraints. Recently we had a department end-of-year picnic for 200 people. There was a husband and wife team that set up and serviced the event. I was impressed how well they worked together and were able to handle such a large event with just the two of them. Having employees who had worked there for years really improves the experience. I highly recommend PCC for any business or department event you may be planning!

The portions were way to small, especially for a cost of about $20/person. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars was because the food was well prepared. If you eat like a bird or want your guests to go on a diet, order from here, otherwise there are many other companies that offer more plentiful and abundant lunches. If all 26 people would have shown up we might have had to eat the napkins.

It was served with a mignonette and mustard and cocktail sauces. There was also Maryland Style Crab Dip, Buffalo chicken dip, and carbonara deviled eggs. I tried to control myself, knowing this wasn't even the main event! Fresh Angus hamburgers were my weakness. These came with frizzled onions and blue cheese or with white american cheese. There was a platter of plenty of tomatoes, fresh romaine lettuce, and raw onions to add. I had the white american cheese and doctored it up. It did not disappoint. I loved it!! They're were perfectly charred. There were also all beef hotdogs and key west chicken with orange relish. The Mac and cheese was death row meal worthy. I did not try the street corn (off the cob for easy eating) but others raved. I also had no room for the salad of arugula, burrata, peach, fig, and prosciutto. Nor did I have room for the Jersey tomato salad. The desserts were too numerous to list! The presentation was elegant yet not fussy for a BBQ.

Our guests loved the bartender, Ben. He somehow managed to pour cocktails/wine, shuck oysters, tidy up, and entertain our guests. Usually whenever I host a party at our house, everyone congregates in the kitchen. It is very difficult to get people to mingle in the living room. Well, this time, with Ben and his bar in the living room, it was very difficult to get people to come to the kitchen! We were very happy that even though our party was on the smaller side, Aaron/Ben were able to hook us up with 5 speciality cocktails. The specialty cocktails were pre-prepared then finished while serving, which significantly sped things up and meant there was never a line at the bar. Many of our guests tried all 5 cocktails and commented they were all delicious. We did have a few leftover bottles of cocktails which we were able to keep in our freezer.
