I moved to NC from Philadelphia, where there is a lot more shopping/beauty options!!! It's taken me 2 years to try Feah after getting my brows butchered by waxers at nail salons and spas in the area (everywhere from Jacksonville down to Wilmington). Now that I'm getting closer to my wedding, brow maintenance is becoming crucial, so I went to see Feah. I also have pretty wiry brows (cuban and italian parents), so I need a professional! She was amazing at consulting with me about my brows, delicately shaping them, while still letting them grow in from my botched wax job. When I went, there was no one there and I had no wait at all (a Monday evening). As the previous reviewer said, the price is a bit higher than I usually pay for threading in Philly or New Jersey ($7-10 max); I paid $12 plus tip. She does accept credit card and tip on credit card though, so that was convenient. Overall, I'm very glad I decided to see Feah and will continue to do so until I leave Wilmington. They also do a lot of other beauty services for decent prices, too. Don't waste your time at a waxer or salon/spa... this is worth it. read more

I had a horrible experience, first time I went was great stephany helped me out did beyond great. I come and their in their doing nothing and I had asked for clean up around my eyebrows, the lady goes and literally reshaped my eye brows so thin, they look like the old lady eyebrows with the shape of the u with the rounded front. I told her I didn't like it and she gets mad. Still asked for a tip. If you go their beware because they also don't speak English so it's hard to comunícate and they do the opposite of what you ask. Probably the worst job I have ever had done and I am pretty lenient. I don't waste my time doing reviews unless it's pretty bad. I never had chucks of my brows just removed in one area and long in another. I asked for one thing and got something else entirely. To get an idea, of what I mean see what someone posted from 2022 with a picture. I don't want my money back because it won't fix this. i've been to this eyebrow shop a few times. The people that work there are very friendly. they all wear masks and face coverings so i felt pretty safe going there. if you are sensitive to threading, i suggest a local spray anesthetic used for waxing 20 minutes before threading. makes a world of difference. read more

Had the best experience here today (8/14/20). I originally went in to get threading and decided to get my brows tinted as well, I could not be happier with the results. Located inside Independence Mall across from Victoria's Secret. The good: -clean facilities -nice job on the brow shaping (which is the most important, right?) The bad: -The wait was so long I could have sworn I was at the DMV! Seriously, though, 45 minutes, you can't take a number to go shop and come back... -overpriced, but there doesn't seem to be many threading places around, so supply and demand... If you want your eyes messed up I high lily recommend coming here. The lady literally took 2 mins doing my eyebrows and cut way too much eyebrow hair. She was just rushing to get it done. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to come here read more

Most of the time they do an awesome job but sometimes due to my blond eyebrows I think it is harder for them to do.

I have been three times in total and the first two times were great! I had the same lady the first two times. She was quick and did a great job, which is why I came back. However, I went on 3/9 and had a different lady. I'm the picture you can see she cut the skin above my eye. I'm not sure how this happened but she never said anything. Last month I experienced terrible customer service here. I have been going to Feah Brows for about half a year to get my eyebrows threaded and I've always been very pleased with the service and the results. However, the last time I went, a lady I have not previously seen threaded my eyebrows. Before she started, she asked me if I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up. I said yes, because all I needed was a touch up. The results were incredibly thin eyebrows (which they were previously on the thicker side) that were very uneven. Some hairs were trimmed too short and some not at all, which left spaces in my eyebrows. I did not get a good look at the results until I got to my car. I was very upset but drove home to see if they looked better when I filled them in with my usual products. At home, I realized that I couldn't make them look okay. I called Feah Brows to tell the woman (whose name is Monse) that I was not pleased with my results and I wanted a refund. She told me she would pay me eleven dollars cash tomorrow and that if I told her boss, they would just take it out of her paycheck. This did not sit well with me, so the next day I called and asked to speak to manager to get a legitimate refund. When I called and asked for a manager, the woman on the phone told me to go ahead and tell her the problem. Immediately the "manager" was defending the actions of Monse. She told me I could not get a refund until I went into the shop and they looked at my eyebrows. While she was very rude, I agreed to this. I went into the shop later that day. When I got there, Monse and "the manager" (who I have also never seen before), were at the register with a customer. When they saw me, they began to speak in Spanish to each other while laughing. Once the customer at the register left, Monse came up to me, handed me eleven dollars, said "Here, you go", and walked away. The "manager" did not even address me. They did not look at my eyebrows at all, though they asked me to come in for this reason. I am completely shocked at the treatment I received. I have always loved coming to Feah Brows. I simply wanted a refund and I was treated very poorly for it. My eyebrows were so bad that I had to purchase an opaque eyebrow pencil to draw my eyebrows in. Before that, I only used eyebrow powder to enhance the shape. I do not recommend this place to any one and I hope no one else is treated this way.. read more

Been here twice the first time was better than the second. First time I went in a weekday and was the only person there. I younger lady did my brows she did great. The second time was on a Saturday and it was busy with only one person working. The lady who did my brows on Saturday took a longer time arching them and arched one higher than the other. Luckily it was only noticeable to me when I focused on it. I guess it took her so long because she was trying to fix them. I appreciate her trying to fix them. The shop is very nice, bright and clean. The only thing I hate is the price. Even though it was only $14 (I think I paid 17 in Jacksonville, FL) it's still expensive considering you can get them razor arched at the hair store off market st. for $5 and waxed for $8 ($12 regularly) on Fridays at fantastic sam's. But I do love how much prettier the threading turns out so I guess it's worth it if you can afford it. read more
