I had loved working with this group over the years for quality gutter cleaning, but unfortunately…read moresomething must've shifted. My latest experience was just OK. The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.

Fairway Exteriors exceeded every expectation we had…read more This wasn't a simple siding project. They removed all of our stucco, repaired wood rot, installed James Hardie siding, replaced 30 windows, installed a new back door, painted the front door and replaced two garage doors. The transformation is remarkable. We spent a lot of time researching contractors and met with multiple highly rated companies before choosing Fairway. Their professionalism immediately stood out. Scott's proposal was detailed, organized, and far more comprehensive than the others we received. His knowledge of proper James Hardie installation practices gave us confidence that we were making the right investment. Throughout construction, Nick did an outstanding job managing the project. Communication was excellent. He responded quickly whenever we had questions, sent videos showing the day's progress while we were at work, and always made sure we approved important details before moving forward. The installation crews deserve recognition as well. They were punctual every day, respectful of our home, incredibly hardworking, and meticulous about cleaning up before leaving each evening. It was clear they cared about quality craftsmanship, and it showed in every stage of the project. What impressed us most was how stress-free the entire process felt. On a project this large, we expected plenty of headaches. Instead, everything was organized, well communicated, and professionally managed from beginning to end. The final result is stunning. I honestly look forward to pulling into our driveway because the house looks that good. It exceeded even the vision we had before the project began. If you're considering James Hardie siding, replacement windows, doors, or a complete exterior renovation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fairway Exteriors. They delivered exceptional workmanship, outstanding communication, and a finished product that we'll enjoy for many years.

We were also looking to replace an original wood pane window with a new vinyl window to match the other more recently updated windows on the house. We did not have the budget to completely install all new siding, but still wanted the house to look like new and be well protected from further weathering. We contacted several companies and general contractors seeking bids. A couple were not very responsive and another claimed he could not closely match our current siding well enough and only wanted to sell us total siding, which we could not afford. Dalton seemed 100% confident he and his crew could accomplish what we were asking and give us a finished project we would be proud of; not to mention at a very fair price. Dalton and his crew were very prompt and efficient in completing the job. The only setback we encountered was having to be patient in waiting for ideal weather for painting, which was to be expected given we opted to begin the project late fall/early winter. Upon completion of each phase of the project, Dalton walked through with me explaining what they had done and made sure I was pleased with the work before going forward with further progress. He even called his painting crew back out to touch up some areas he noticed. In the end, Dalton came through as promised and provided us with a completely new looking house that we are very proud to call home.
