Currently, my weekly aerobic training consists of cycling 100-140 miles and anaerobic training is comprised of 3 different 2-hour sessions focused on maintaining strength using heavy barbells and dumbbells. I prefer deep tissue (i.e., "strong/hard") massage to address different physical issues. Massage Time and Cost. A 60-minute full body massage for $50, which was completed in the one-hour timeframe expected. Masseuse. My masseuse was Amy and she delivered an effective deep tissue, acupressure style massage featuring forearm and elbow techniques. Massage Experience. This visit was my first and I requested a "strong/hard" massage. Amy executed acupressure methods, first over a thin sheet to warm-up the muscles, and then used oil for primarily acupressure and some Swedish methods. She worked on my neck/shoulders/back/glutes/hips/hamstrings/calves, and after I flipped over, face and head, and then shoulders/upper and lower arms/hands/quadriceps/feet. Amy effectively blended and connected her massage methods in a logical sequence, including the use of hot stones, so that my overall session felt like an integrated, complete body massage. I gave Amy an exceptionally high dollar tip given her effort and my massage results. Hygiene, Cleanliness, and Comfort. This business deserves an A+ for its overall hygienic and sparkling clean and tidy environment. The unisex restroom and my massage room were exceptionally clean and organized. The sheets/linens on the massage table reflected good quality and were fresh and comfortable. The inside noise level was minimal, which I appreciated.

My massage therapist, Jake, was fantastic, very considerate and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. My fiancé was satisfied with his massage as well. However, when I tipped $25 for both of us on a $100 bill ($104 after paying with card), the cashier lady gave me this awkward laugh and asked, "Are you paying for both?" She was giving off such a weird vibe, almost as if I wasn't tipping enough. Then she started talking to the other male staff in Chinese, most likely explaining the situation. God knows what she was saying, but it completely killed the relaxing vibe. People need to understand that if you want customers to come back, it's not just about the actual massage. It's the whole experience, including customer service. You can have an amazing massage, but one uncomfortable interaction at the end can completely change how someone feels about the entire visit.

I've had a couple of great massages here in the past, but my most recent visit wasn't the best. With a 1 hour foot massage, the lower legs are usually included, but this time it felt uncomfortable and awkward, which made me tense up instead of relaxing. On top of that, the phone rang several times during my session and was way too loud, which really broke the atmosphere. Overall, it was pretty average. This place is okay, but it doesn't stand out compared to other spa massage spots in the area. The price is reasonable, though. read more

I got a 1 hour foot massage, and it was probably one of the worst massages I've ever had. It felt like a complete waste of money. It might just depend on who you get, but I also noticed the staff has changed, and I'm guessing the ownership might have changed too. They make you pay before the service, and they weren't very understanding. The whole vibe just wasn't the happy, relaxing atmosphere I used to feel here. The prices are still pretty good, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Not professional one!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience at this massage spa. The staff was unprofessional, the facility did not feel clean, and the service did not match what was advertised. My appointment felt rushed, and communication was poor throughout the visit. I expected a relaxing and professional experience, but instead left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this spa to others looking for quality service. read more

I had an amazing experience here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. This was easily one of the best massages I've had, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

Today I called to book another session, and the staff informed me that all therapists refused to serve me because I had given a lower tip during my previous visit. I tried to explain, but the staff repeatedly told me to go elsewhere and ended the call. I called back to try to understand, as I do not think I should be permanently denied service based on a tip. The staff still denied to service me and sent me the message to my phone that i should be ashamed that noone would serve me. I recently relocated to California and I was shocked by the response from this message place. I want to warn you to reconsider using their service. [Update after business replied - Oct 2, 2026]: To be honest, I did not expect a response to my review, especially after receiving text messages from the staff thanking me for my review and for not returning to the studio, written in a sarcastic tone. I also received earlier messages stating that I should feel embarrassed because no therapists would serve me and that I should find another place. These messages were in Thai, so I cannot attach them here. I want to clarify a few points so readers can understand the full situation. - My online reservation was rejected without explanation, so I called because I assumed it might be a system error. - I attempted to book a 3rd visit because your staff had recommended a therapist for me after my 2nd visit. I trusted that different therapists provide different experiences. I did not expect to receive the type of response I described in my review. - During my first call, your staff mentioned only the tipping issue and ended the conversation before I could explain. When I called back to clarify why I tipped less on my second visit, the conversation shifted to accusations about my "demands," which surprised me. I was repeatedly told to find another place, with no opportunity to explain. For transparency: the request I made during the 1st and 2nd reservation calls was asking whether the therapist could accommodate a side lying position because I cannot lie face down for long periods due to surgery. Both times, your staff said it was fine. If this request was unacceptable, I do not understand why my previous reservations were accepted. During the massage sessions, I sometimes asked the therapist to press harder or softer, which I believe is a normal request. What I found unacceptable was not the refusal of service -- you have the right to do that -- but the manner in which it was delivered: abrupt phone hang ups, accusatory text messages, and now a public response that shifts blame to my request rather than acknowledging the tipping concern your staff originally stated. Readers can decide for themselves whether this is the type of customer service they are comfortable with. My intention is simply to share my experience so others are not caught off guard as I was. I also encourage readers to review Studio's responses to other low rating reviews.
