Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Didn't matter...DoorDash...order ahead...order here. People are waiting 45minutes to an hour!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!!

Lasagna, Penne, and Fried Ravioli with Bread sticks.

Ordered the penne romano, twice baked lasagna, and toasted ravioli. All three entrees were around 6 bucks and both the penne and lasagna had good amounts of mozzarella cheese baked on top of them. The tomato sauce is not bad for a fast food restaurant, and the toasted (fried) ravioli is an excellent snack while on the go. Prompt food preparation at this location. This type of restaurant is not available in the southwest, so I was able to appreciate it a little more.

Breadsticks are around, if you keep asking. Great customer service, and clean restaurant. Good place for a quick lunch, or before a movie.

We dined here for lunch and everything about our visit was awful. We were greeted by the hostess…read morewho had her mouth full of food. Our waitress was very inattentive. She spent most of her time standing around with other waitresses talking. We were seated as far from the kitchen as you could be and she was so loud yelling that we could hear every word. There was a small child sitting at a table alone that the wait staff kept checking on. Not sure if this was an employee's child that they brought to work with them. As we were about to eat, the hostess seated a man and his dog across from us. It was not a service dog. As the waitresses surrounded the puppy the owner explained it was 8 weeks old and he just got it yesterday. He sat the dog in the chair, on the table, and walked it across the restaurant, in which the wait staff pet it then went back to waiting tables. Our waitress then sat at the table with the child (close to the hostess podium) and other waitresses and yelled across the restaurant to the kitchen to order herself an Italian salad. The food was awful. We ordered the chicken parm and mezalluna. The chicken was beaten paper thin and the pasta was room temp and flavorless. We added the spices they bring for the bread to the dishes in an attempt to add some flavor. $50 for water, two entrees, and a very disappointing lunch service. Based on our dining experience, we do not recommend this restaurant and will not return.

I lived in the area in the early 2000's and fell in love with Carrabba's while living there. Was always packed. Fast forward to now... it's never been what I would even call close to busy when we've gone. I'm not sure why. Our service has always been excellent and we have enjoyed our meals in a quiet atmosphere. Perfect. We. Love. Their. Chicken. Marsala! Their Caesar salad is our favorite. The bread is great, but that Chicken Marsala never misses. Great meal for a decent price.

I love the au jus but what really makes it special is the fresh bread! This is my new favorite sandwich. I read another review. It said that it didn't have much flavor, but mine certainly came with huge flavor and was seasoned well.

We stopped into Sutton's on Valentine's Day last minute, which is basically the restaurant…read moreequivalent of showing up to a wedding without RSVPing. So first -- major credit where it's due: the service was fantastic. It was busy, it was chaotic, it was love-in-the-air level packed... and our server was still kind, attentive, and genuinely great. It was a little slow, but honestly? On Valentine's Day? Totally understandable. Now, let's talk food. The meatball appetizer? Outstanding. If the whole meal had that same energy, this would be a different review. Those meatballs came in like the confident main character. I ordered the Chicago beef (hot instead of sweet), expecting bold, juicy, maybe-a-little-spicy goodness. Instead... it tasted like someone whispered "beef" from another room. I kept waiting for the flavor to arrive. It never did. I'm not saying it was bland, but salt might have been an optional add-on. My husband ordered the Manzo Parmesan pasta. He eats medium rare. This steak was blue. Not "a little under." Not "oops." It was grazing-in-a-field-five-minutes-ago rare. If it mooed, I wouldn't have been shocked. BUT -- we need to talk about the music. The playlist was elite. Every song that came on was something off my Apple playlist. At one point I genuinely wondered if they'd somehow tapped into my phone. 10/10 vibes. I was half expecting my "On Repeat" playlist to start playing next. All that said, the staff truly did their best on one of the busiest nights of the year, and we appreciated that. The bones of a really good experience are there especially if the kitchen can bring the same magic to the entrées that they brought to those meatballs. Would we try it again? Maybe but next time I'm ordering whatever the meatballs are having... and asking for the playlist.
