I've never had a baked spaghetti looks so skimpy on the cheese. It's normally covered how a baked spaghetti should be.. This is just a spaghetti basically. Please get back to doing the baked. Spaghetti is the correct way with actual cheese on them. I wanted to go inside and get a refund but the energy inside is weird overall so I just said forget it.. probably not go back to this location. Also, I ordered an Italian lemon ice lady at the window said when she stirred it, she busted a hole in my cup so instead of getting me a new cup she double cup it so all the flavor was dripping into the new cup and out of the cup with the hole. So I ended up getting another cup so I could transfer it myself and then I'm trying to give them the double cup mess that I was given and then I'm being looked at like why do you want me to throw this away as if I asked for a mess when paying for an order and service.. I ordered delivery Time before last I didn't get my extra breadstick. The last time before today the breadsticks were a total of two and about 3 inches long. Today it says 4 breadsticks on the receipt, but I got only two. maybe 4 - 5 inches long. The baked spaghetti was delicious. I don't know what to tell you but it is wrong to do this to a customer. This Fazoli's is a tough location to get into and out of, but is never very busy. The people at the drive-through were very friendly and got the food out hot and quickly. The price isn't too bad though all prices at fast food restaurants is too high right now.it's a busy area but they do the best they can. I got the baked ziti and breadsticks. I ordered the gluten free pasta on Uber eats and when it arrived it had breaded chicken on it. (I can't eat breaded chicken bc I'm allergic to wheat) I called up Fazoli's and they were so kind and understanding, apologized, and Cassie drove me another order of gluten free pasta with regular non breaded chicken to my address ten minutes later because I didn't have a car available. Hadn't been there in awhile. Service was prompt and the food was very good at reasonable prices.

We had a coupon for $4.00 spagetti and definitely wanted to take advantage of that! We entered and Yamirrah served us quickly and accurately. She knew her stuff and had our order in quite fast. We got our drinks and seated ourselves and withing 2 minutes, Yamirrah was already at our table with our food. She checked to see if we needed anything else. While we ate, we watched her clean the dining room, refill breadsticks for folks, and run the front counter, always with a smile and always accurately. She's a ROCK STAR and we wanted to recognize her! Also, as senior citizens on a fixed income, the Spagetti Deal was a breath of fresh air! Upon arriving, a nice gentlemen who was outside chain smoking opened the door for us. Once we made it inside, I noticed the dining room smelled like a YMCA locker room. If you've never been in a YMCA it basically smells like feet and despair. Anyhow, I decided to go with the sampler platter so I could give a comprehensive review. It was prepared and delivered to my table in 14 seconds flat, so I knew it was going to be a real treat. About that time, I noticed the chain smoker was walking laps around the building and smoking. Oddly enough, he seemed to set the cadence for breadstick delivery. Each time he would walk in front of our window, the server was dropping off more hot breadsticks. Coincidence? Every item I tried on the sampler platter was worse than the last. I think the last thing I had was supposed to be spaghetti. It had a meatball on it anyway. Let's keep in mind that the chefs aren't trained in Italy like at Olive Garden and it shows. However... at Fazoli's you don't have to wait in a dim lobby for 45 mins while everybody is quietly cussing at their step kids, plus you have the ability to get up and get your own drink refill instead of waiting for your Olive Garden server to finish vaping in the parking lot. +4 stars read more

Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant. It's chain establishment so they have them all over the world. I am not a huge fan of Fazoli's but it's a cheap Italian Eatery. My wife always grew up really liking fazzolis because you can get a lot of food for a cheap amount of price I mean you can go in there and get a spaghetti meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for around 8 bucks so I mean it's a decent price to be honest however I don't really quite enjoy it. This one in particular has normal fast food feel to it there's nothing really special it wasn't dirty it wasn't clean nothing out of the ordinary. I would much rather spend the extra 10 bucks per person and go to Olive Garden or Rocky's on the river. So I don't really recommend Fazoli's unless you just kind of want some greezy fast food Italian restaurant. read more

THEY ARE SUPER TRANSPHOBIC! The management at this Fazoli's told a new hire, who is trans, that they won't use their preferred name and pronouns because they're not their legal name. Not, "We can't put it on a nametag but we'll call you whatever you want", but legit "NOPE WE WILL CALL YOU YOUR DEAD NAME". The staff then all started calling them by their dead name, too. It gets better. They then said that even if this person were to LEGALLY change their name and gender? They'd still be called by the management and staff as their birth name and gender. Why? My visit was incredibly pleasant. The restaurant was very clean, food was fresh, the manager was so energetic and friendly. I had the chicken fettuccine. First things first, we struggled to find a clean table that didn't have remains of prior food, but nonetheless we found one by the window. We ordered on the kiosk to dine in, and ordered 2 orders of breadsticks as it's my husband & i's favorite thing from there. The woman bringing us our food comes to the table and the first thing out of her mouth was, "you know you get unlimited breadsticks when you dine in, right?" and I assure you, she had an attitude, but we said no we didn't know that we haven't been here in forever and i have personally never dined in. To which she responds with "it's posted all over the restaurant" while turning side to side pointing, so we look around and don't see anything but she says "i can ask my manager if we can give you a dessert that's priced at what you paid for the breadsticks" my husband said "okay, that would be nice" and so she walks away and then she returns and says that the computer won't allow her to do so because it's "posted all over the restaurant" so we just let it go. but as we sat there and ate, we begin to really look at every sign posted in the restaurant and there's nothing to be found about the breadsticks, so we decided we would just get more breadsticks and take them home, so we weren't paying for "free breadsticks" and when my husband did that he asked for a bag and to speak to the woman who brought us our food, but she had been moved to the drive-thru, which is fine so they grabbed the manager, and the manager is speaking to my husband with yet again another attitude, and says "well it's posted all over the restaurant " and my husband asked where because we can't find it, to which she said, "there's a poster somewhere, it's on the menu, and it's just our slogan," I would definitely not recommend this establishment, and it's not even about the money or the breadsticks it's that we couldn't even get a conversation with anybody from here with out an attitude. i used to be a server and i know my standards are high but this experience was by far the worst i've had, whomever owns this place should ponder on changing the management and staff or something because this was just ridiculous. the only nice person was the lady who gave us our cups and the one who told us to have a good night as we left. cheers to them for being kind and respectful to guests unlike the unprofessional rude management and food runner. i will not be returning and if you have read this entire thing i suggest you don't either, and i really DO NOT want a response to this review by the joke of the manager that will see this, because nothing you say can excuse your behavior or demeanor, thank you read more

I've enjoyed several dinners here with my son as a "father/son" night. The food is great for what it is but, I cannot rave enough about the staff we've encountered. I've met at least half a dozen people that treated my son and I like family. Just this evening, I watched a manager I'd never met before, playfully make conversation with a family's youngest member, to the family's delight. (The cutest exchange) By the end of their meal, the entire family was interacting with this manager and the kid was all smiles. This location is neat and clean although not modern. Staff is friendly. This review is for takeout. They have an offer of 2 half portion entree + bread sticks + small drink for just $5. I picked lasagna and rigatoni. Lasagna could have had a bit more cheese and rigatoni could have had some more sauce. Bread sticks were tasty. It had theatre popcorn taste. This is one of my parents (70+) favorite places to eat near home. We went tonight and it was TERRIBLE. The older white lady manager was in a LONG quite colorful verbal argument with a young black gal (a minor) to the point where about 15-20 guests (especially those with young kids) got up and left quickly some had paid for and not yet received their food but left anyway. The young lady's mother and a friend arrived where the argument continued. One employee had recorded the argument. As we were leaving 4 Beach Grove police arrived. Unsure how it was settled. This was my first time trying Fazoli's & the food was great kinda. It was hot like it was supposed to be but the cesar side salad I got was pathetic. It was literally just 3 bites. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I stood there for a couple minutes and employees kept walking by staring at me & not helping me. A girl at the register was talking to a customer while running her hands up & down on the cups! Another girl told a customer to check her own order and turned around rolled her eyes & walked to the restroom. After telling me that they were short staffed. All the employees were yelling at one another customers waiting in the lobby on their food. I don't recommend going there. I'm first time experience was horrible there. This is one of the older looking Fazoli's and it kind of has a musty smell. It doesn't look super clean, but not filthy either. The front entrance is oddly located by drive thru making it dangerous if you have children or if you're handicapped. The staff is very friendly and they seem to have several regulars they know well. The food is heavily salted, buttered and has tons of garlic, so if its date night, make sure everyone loves garlic. The Italian sub sandwich is very tasty. read more

We ordered the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo and had to trash all the chicken because it was to salty. I'm all for seasoning your food but it was way to much even for someone who likes salt. Went here for dinner with my boyfriend and I asked for a Caesar salad with my combo and they gave me a regular salad with Italian dressing then when I asked them for a Caesar salad with Caesar dressing they brought out the right salad but no dressing and the third time I asked I still got Italian dressing brought to the table.
