Fast food Italian, this place is exactly that. I'm not expecting authentic or posh cuisine here, just quick filling grub for a low price. Got the spaghetti and meatballs came with two breadsticks which were soft and genuinely hot out of the oven and the Italian ice with strawberry. Main course is a massive portion I don't think I would recommend it for those on a low carb regiment, the sauce is about as good as you can get in a can from Hunts and the meatballs are probably of the frozen out of the bag variety i.e very low on flavor but high on fillers. Overall a good option to have when not in the mood for burgers or tacos. Three stars because I don't downgrade a rating because of "chain" status, and because it's average fair. read more

There are some restaurants that deserve one star. It is also a moral duty to warn others of bad food. This is one of those places. I don't understand how hard is it to boil water and cook pasta. Marinara sauce is also conveniently available in cans/jars. Can you differentiate between hot and cold? Microwave Italian dinners tasted better. The service was horrid, the chicken was cold even though the cheese was melted, and something was terribly wrong with the food if I felt nauseous after eating. The reviews are pretty mixed so maybe we caught them on a bad day, however, our 1st visit to Fazoli's on Harvey Rd. was lousy. The food was not necessarily all that made this a lousy experience. We've eaten takeout that was too salty, too greasy, over cooked or drowning in sauce a few times before. We've been surprised by smaller portions than we expected. We've gotten the wrong food in the drive thru. Never ALL of these in one experience UNTIL Fazoli's but still, you live & you learn. I don't usually complain if I don't like the food because it's very subjective & we all have different tastes. We just won't go back. However, when I don't get what I paid for, there is nothing subjective about that & I expect it to be corrected. Even if it's just a couple of dollars. What made this a lousy experience was the way manager, Jeannette, treated me when I called to tell her our order was not correct. I expected $1.95 refund for the difference in what we paid for & what we received. Maybe she was having a bad day or a bad week. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt because you never know what people are going through. 2020 has been a bad year for a lot of folks. But when she told me on the phone I was wrong, I returned the food to the restaurant & I absolutely expected my money back. She refused, so I left the food on the counter & picked up BBQ on the way back home. I have never had to return takeout food to a restaurant. Never. And we eat a lot of takeout. I called the corporate office & was transferred to the franchise representative's voicemail. I left 2 voicemails that week. I absolutely expected a call back. Again I'm trying to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe Mr. Vostick has been quite ill for 2 weeks or on vacation & that's why he did not return my calls, but you would think someone else would be handling customer calls if that were the case. Since I'm unable to reach anyone at Fazoli's who cares, I'm posting my experience here. Maybe future potential Fazoli's customers will care. The whole experience has been very disappointing & therefore tops the chart for our worst restaurant experience. Received a BOGO free pasta platter from an ad sheet in my apartment complex so my friends and I decided to use it! We went through the drive through, and before we ordered asked if the BOGO free pasta coupon was applicable at this location. They said yes, we can get that for you... after about 15 mins waiting in line, we get to the window and the total is way more than it should've been. The worker said the coupon we had was only applicable at the Fazioli's in Waco (even though it stated clearly on the coupon Harvey Rd.). She gave us a new coupon, but when we tried changing our order to match the new coupon, she said she couldn't adjust our order (even though we hadn't paid for it/gotten it yet) because they had it already made... over all very dissatisfied with my experience. No manager seemed to be there, while we were speaking to the worker in the window, she screamed into the headset at the car behind us asking questions. Honestly I love Fazolis but this location is far understaffed and the staff they do have is slow and uncaring from what I've seen. The management needs to hire more employees or improve the kitchen because there's been time I've waited over 30 minutes for food I called in 15 minutes prior. read more

This is the best food for the price in College Station. Someone is trying to run Fazoli's down with fake bad and even malicious reviews. We have been eating at the Fazoli's here since it opened. The food has always been good. I have had office parties there with up to 35 people. They really took good care of everybody. We have never heard of any real person who did not like their food. Yelp should allow these negative dirty reviews to be verified in some way. Real Aggies would not do what several of the reviewers here have done. I will have to assume that all Yelp reviews are useless. I'm heading down to get the Thursday special now. After waiting in the slow line,we placed our order , the cashier "Amanda" swiped the card through the credit card machine , it printed empty paper , kept swiping the card more and more , then we took the number for the order , while I was waiting I checked my bank account online and found that I was charged four times , went to ask them for the order and tell them about the multiple charging , they didn't even have an idea about where the order was and was starting over the preparation , I told them I just need to cancel the order and fix the multiple charging , they were very slow took over half an hour and at the end just gave me one refund receipt to sign ,I asked about the other three they said we will keep doing it. The management of the problem was terrible , no attempt to apologize for the late food and the multiple charge issue , went home before I have a confirmation that the issue was fixed. read more
