Went early in the day on Friday 3/6. I haven't been here in awhile so Italian sounded good. The food was excellent and hot. I was happy about the hot meal because a lot of places don't provide hot food anymore. The restaurant was very clean and the service was fantastic. A gentleman named Rob was working and he was extremely professional, but very pleasant and welcoming. I recommend Fazoli's in Arnold. Thanks everybody that was working that day. I feel like this is the cousin to Olive Garden. Fast casual dining with average food. Easy options for kids and the fettuccine Alfredo was alright. Breadsticks were wet and squishy, not fresh. Thomas at the front immediately greeted me extremely friendly and I mentioned I was there to pick up an order. He let me know it was going to be ready in a moment and that they were bagging it at the time. He was very kind and provided a cup of sauce I forgot to order. The staff at the cashier and the table server is very friendly, welcoming and courteous. The bathroom was clean The food tasted great. The area wasn't noisy. Plenty of parking. When all the other fast food was looking busy, this restaurant wasn't. Can't wait to try the pasta. read more

So last night I went with a group of friends to Fazoli's and I'm sorry to say it was pretty terrible. When you first walk in you order your food, they give you a number and then you go sit down. The order came out pretty quickly, but it was missing half of what we ordered. Thankfully they had my order correct (premium chicken fettuccine), but since 3 other people didn't get their orders yet I didn't feel right digging into my meal while they were still waiting. So, I waited with then for their orders to get to the table. Unfortunately, this took a little bit and my was super cold by the time I started eating it. As far as taste goes, my meal was pretty bland and after asking the others if they liked their's, they stated the same. The first batch of bread sticks they gave us weren't very tasty either, but the second batch they gave us was actually really good. (This is why u gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star). read more

This place has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The last 3 times I've been there it's the same thing. Pasta has sauce that's watered down because the workers don't strain the noodles, the bread sticks are plain with no seasoning or butter on them. It's terrible and a waste of money. Fire these lazy people and hire people that care. If they can't sprinkle garlic salt on a breadstick how are they doing cleaning the restaurant and prepping the food? I don't usually review chains but based on the other reviews of this location, I feel this Fazolis needs a more current review. By the looks of it, this location has been recently remodeled. The tables and chairs are newer, the entire restaurant was clean, well stocked and organized. The food was actually pretty darn good for fast food. Our entrees were served on real plates not disposable. So they are definitely thinking about the environment. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating to customers requests. I happen to really love Fazolils breadsticks. And this particular evening they were hot, garlicky and fresh from the oven. To me, the other food is just ok in general but my kids love Fazolis. So we were happy to find this location as the one closest to my house has now closed. If you're in the Arnold area, I would definitely give this Fazolis a try. read more

They're great! Seriously I drive 30min out the way due to the pet friendly staff and the hot food. Now the prices are higher due to inflation but you get a lot of food for it so it's still a little reasonable. Now, you will have to wait for your food but again-it's hot and it stays hot for a 30min ride so it's quite worth it. read more

There are gnats all over the silverware by the soda machines, like hordes of them. there's food all over the floor and dishes stacked everywhere. We waited 7 minutes for someone to come take our order because they had music blaring in the back. The food on the floor was way more severe through the restaurant but I didn't feel comfortable walking around taking pictures. read more

This review has nothing to do with the food I've eaten there. For a fast food place, it is pretty good; because I'm not a meat eater, I rely on their baked pastas, salads, and great bread sticks. It's always tasty to me. However, I ordered on line tonight for curbside pickup. I was 20 minutes late, but sure that wasn't a problem. I called when I arrived and explained I am never able to claim my rewards when ordering on line and I would like them to include the desert for my birthday reward. Absolutely no problem; I got the pumpkin cheese cake. Older woman brought the bags to my car and I said: "Would you please put them in my back seat?'' She hesitated a mere second and said '"No"'. That was it. Just NO; no explanation why (like they weren't allowed to), just a NO. Then she said 'cute pup'. I was tired, I wanted to get home, all I asked was for some KIND SERVICE. Nope. Rude woman working there tonight. I was in Arnold location at about 7:20 Saturday night. I had a curbside pickup and I was in space 2. I'd love to know the reason behind her utter rudeness. Popped in because I hadn't had Fazoli's in forever and miss it in STL. I had the baked spaghetti and meatballs and... YUM! This did not disappoint. My husband got the baked spaghetti and was also very pleased. Daughter got 2 pieces of cheese pizza and ate our garlic bread and enjoyed. Glad we came here and plan to go back. Placed an on-line order for Baked Spaghetti with Meatballs to be picked up at 5:30 p.m. Arrived at Fazoli's at 5:25 and had to wait 20 minutes for the order. The place was empty with only two couples in the dining room and one other woman also waiting 20 minutes for her on-line order. When I got home there were no meatballs and there was very little sauce and cheese on the spaghetti. The inside of Fazoli's was also very dirty. Will NEVER return. read more

Literal WORST Fazoli's I've ever been to in my life. Workers were just sitting on their butts the entire time. It took 10 minutes for someone to take our order when we were eating INSIDE. After finally ordering we got our drinks and sat down at a table. Usually when we go to Fazoli's(favorite fast food for us) it takes 5 minutes to get our food. Not hard to make pasta and breadsticks. It took literally 25 minutes to get our food and here's the kicker, the girl working gave us ONE SINGLE BREADSTICK. One. Said they ran out and will be right back with fresh ones. Fast forward to when our food was finished. No bread sticks. We wanted some and went up to ask. They were sitting out and the employees were still doing absolutely NOTHING. They gave some with literally no butter on the top. When I went up to ask for more they "ran out" again. We were one of three tables. No one came through the drive through. Very unhappy. read more

I ordered kids spaghetti with meatball. Not bad but only a very little amount of sauce on top and no sauce through out. My second order was Chicken Carbonara the crisp chicken was because the chicken is dried out and hard. Here again noodles were dry except for the little bit on top. Whatever you do, don't think about applying here because you'll be dealing with managers that don't know how to properly train their employees then they will be angry and frustrated after they tell you to do something that you have no experience on. The quality of food here is just poor. When we looked at the pictures on the menu we thought we had made a good choice. What we got was not much like the pictures. My marinara sauce was very plain with little flavor and the sausage in my pasta was extremely overcooked. I am sure it has been sitting in some warmer somewhere for hours. Fazoli's has been a family tradition in my family for over a decade. Since I was a kid this has always been the place my dad and I would go when we ate out. Unfortunately however, over the years things have begun to fall apart. The employees are still decent and always nice, but the establishment has majorly deteriorated. The past two times I've gone, they were out of forks, (they use real plates and silverware opposed to disposable options) and we had to ask for them up at the counter. Both times they said that they were OUT of forks and we had to use plastic ones. The restaurant was also not looked after. There were napkins on the floor and none of the tables had been cleaned. The food is still amazing just as it has always been! I just hate to see this place go so downhill in the past years. read more

We love this Arnold Fazolis! Their food is always fresh and hot, and the breadsticks are wonderful. We always get great service, with a server coming to the dining room to serve extra breadsticks. We've tried the pasta, the sandwiches, the pizza, and they are all good. We eat here at least once a week! read more
