Moved last week from LA to LV with literally nothing but a small suitcase and even less time. I planned to the minute my move - film in the morning in LA, drive to LV, go to Costco and furnish from top to bottom a new place. I needed my furniture including TVs to arrive before the internet install scheduled between 1 and 3. I am a single broad and also know I can't really carry much - even if I had a car big enough for a 70 inch TV. Without internet, I am literally unable to work so a delay or breakdown in any of my plan would have driven me to a hotel until Cox could have rescheduled = expensive! So I called Costco and they referred me to Favorco. Joel answered the phone and I laid out my plans while I was driving like a bat out of hell from LA to LV, praying I made it to Costco before it closed. I explained I needed pickup first thing the next morning and delivery before Cox showed up. It was awesome the way Joel signed right up for my crazy plan. He said "yes ma'am we will make it happen" And he did. With style. Not ONLY did they deliver $6000 worth of desks, chairs, bed, couches, TVs and stands - a full house of Costcp - they offered to SET IT ALL UP FOR A TINY FEE! I was so happy, I was really just trying to figure out how I was going to unpack boxes and carry the stuff upstairs, one piece at a time...but they would assemble and setup!?! Oh yes. So then he broke the news - the price. I would have paid double and HAPPILY have done it. Honestly I dont remember the total but it was under $400 and I was expecting 8 or $900 for the work they did. I still keep expecting them to call back and tell me they made a mistake and under charged me. They left my house at 12:45 - just in time for Cox. I looked around at a place I could actually live, no heavy labor left. It was spectacular. Cox showed up, put me in order and I started living my life immediately. It was like the best choreography of my life. Oh yeah, the desk I bought was part glass and it arrived shattered in the box - Joel cleaned up the glass, removed the desk, returned it to Costcp and brought back a new one - which he then assembled! All part of that already stupid low fee. I was blown away by the service. Joel and his workers are the real deal - tip them well because they deserve it. read more

I tried emailing them, and I got a response after a couple weeks asking what I needed moved, but the. I never heard from them again. Not sure if they are just flaky or just didn't want to my business. Probably best to just skip them if they can't even call back. read more

They really do help you to set up and move things around! I communicated with them via text message and their response time was good. Willing to work with you within reason. read more

Would have loved to have used them, but they aren't particularly focused on smaller deliveries, so the cost would have not been effective for my needs. They did, however, recommend a courier service that would suit my needs. Very nice man. read more

Great guys: Picked up my purchase from Costco (not affiliated. but referred), and delivered, maybe a little later than they originally planned, but they called to let me know. Descent price, really nice men. Will be happy to use them again. read more

Joel, his son & other employee could NOT have been nicer, more professional or done a better job picking up our 7 piece chat set at Costco, delivering it and assembling it. Joel is a great communicator, worked within our time frame, was here when he said he would be and did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond making sure our set was exactly where we wanted it and made sure we saw all the instructions and understood how everything worked (above and beyond in my opinion and probably even more than the Costco employees would know about this set!). Costco said Joel was a really great guy and they were right. We tipped them on top of the fee because they deserved it. Thanks Joel and crew, we appreciate your hard work and well run company. Not only did they deliver the tv's to us, they mounted them with precision and made suggestions about height, space, and location of the mount to look the best in my house. I bought a chair from Home Goods and I knew it would not fit into my SUV. I called Joel at FavorCo. Joel said he was making another delivery and could pick up my chair in about 2 hrs. I sent him the info he wanted on the chair including a picture. I went home to wait for my chair to get delivered. Joel kepts me informed as to when I could expect him. Once he picked up my chair he called and told me the chair had a couple of little defects and sent me pictures. Before he leaves the store he said he will have them check the damage. Joel called me back and told me the store would give me a price adjustment. I agreed and he brought the chair to my home. When he got to my house he brought the chair in and put the chair just where I wanted. I could not see any damage but Joel saw it on the bottom where I could not see. I will always use FavorCo and what they charge is very reasonable. read more

I used FavorCo to deliver a mattress I had purchased at Costco. I looked at all of the options and they were quite pricey in regards to getting the mattress home. When I inquired at Costco's front desk if they had any relationships with delivery companies and I was handed FavorCo's business card. The price was reasonable and service was top notch from ordering service through the receptionist to the delivery. They picked up the mattress for me at Costco, and when they were running late, they called me to let me know they were on their way. Checked out their website and saw that Joel was an Air Force veteran so that scores major points with this retired Air Force family. I highly recommend this service and I love supporting the "little guy" vs. some big corporate company. I will definitely use them again. read more

I purchased a 6 piece sectional from Costco yesterday. Since they don't bring the furniture into your house or set it up, the gave me the name and phone number of FavorCo. Joe, the owner, answered the phone, explained the pricing and what he would do. This wonderful patient man and his nephew delivered my furniture today. He was so kind, teaching his nephew the ins and out of delivery and installation. In a short period of time, all 6 pieces were in my family room, being unwrapped and set up as one. He thanked us as he was leaving. He definitely earned his fee and a tip, I will always use him as my delivery service! read more
