This is actually the branch on Tropicana , I couldn't find it. I have to use DHL sometimes for my work. I went in and was told I need to sign the list and fill out a small form with my name. Then got a receipt. I thought it was a bit much but it's for my safety. The next time I came in a few days later , now I don't have to sign a list. However now she says she has to open all packages. If I'm wrong someone enlighten me. This seems to be a breach of privacy, I asked her what if it was confidential? That doesn't seem right. So she opened it and asked what they were , I said letters. She felt it and said Oh no we can't send credit cards. What?? My job is to forward people's mail who are temporarily out of the country. I said this man has paid you almost 200.00 and you can't send it? She thinks about it then says I guess we can because the envelopes haven't been opened. So she tapes it back up and I get a receipt that looks different than 2 days ago. Not the best service for the extravagant prices they charge! read more

DHL EXPRESS - Store front - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

HORRIBLE!!! The person I spoke to at the DHL office on Silverado Ranch was nice but clueless. She said that the bag would take 2 to 3 days to be delivered to London using expedited shipping. The tracking showed that the bag was stuck in Cincinnati for over a week. When I went back to the DHL office to check on the status, I was told that the tracking number was no longer working and she couldn't help me. She sent me to the main DHL office on Badura and the person there was horrible. She was worse than the clerk at the first location. Extremely unhelpful and unapologetic that the bag was lost. Worst experience ever. read more

This is the worst courier that you could have choose for a delivery. If you pay for express shipping, you won't get it express. Paying for DHL service is like throwing money in the trash. If you have no problem with throwing away money, then by all means use their service. The customer service workers are rude. When you ask to speak to management, the worker will hang up the call. Workers apologizing is no help when the drivers do whatever they want to do. Instead of apologizing write up these non-compliant workers and/or give them some unpaid time off That way, the workers will take their jobs seriously rather than allowing the workers to get away with antagonizing customers. I will make it my duty to NEVER use DHL. I will ensure that business owners using DHL will no longer use your services. In the last hour, I have spoken with several business owners who said that DHL provides the worst service of all the couriers available. Now, what does that say to you? I'll tell you exactly what it says. It says do NOT use DHL. PERIOD. DHL workers act as if they aren't consumers. Maybe if DHL ditch them, they would understand how customers feel. If you want to keep your current customers and get new customers, do NOT use DHL. But if you just decide that you have to use DHL, you've been warned that they won't deliver as expected and you will lose your customer base. read more

0 star would have been more appropriate. My wife had contact lenses shipped from Hong Kong via DHL. The lenses never arrived as DHL insists on FDA codes and the manufacturer does not have one as it does not market in the US. The lenses are in limbo and DHL wants to charge $30 a day. I don't understand why they did not flag the requirement when the package was consigned. Instead DHL happily took the fee. What a company!!!! read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. What kind of company lies to its customers when they have proof that they had messed up and delivered to the wrong address. I wish I could give this delivery service a zero. They are absolutely incompetent. Customer service is a joke.

Dhl express in Las Vegas has to be the worst delivery service out there this is the 3rd time I've ordered something from online and it's been shipped through Dhl express and I not get my package. I sat at home all day to make sure my package for work was delivered and had my door wide open and come 9pm I get an alert stating they tried to deliver my package and no one was home so of course I'm Furious, So I wait until the next morning an contact there online chat person PRISCILLA and she tells me a code is needed to enter the premises and mind you I stay in an open apartment complex where any and everybody can enter so I let her know of the situation and her response is I'll let the driver know basically shrugging off my complaint so I'm trying to Figure out which one is it WAS I NOT HOME or WAS THERE A CODE NEEDED TO ENTER THE OPEN PREMISES read more

Utterly terrible. They keep telling me my package is in Australia...my package was being sent from Australia and today at 8:41AM I received an update saying it had just gone through Los Angeles Gateway CA and would be here at 12PM...it's an hour and a half later and still no package. This particular delivery is a custom dress that I need for a big event tomorrow so I call to ask if I can just pick it up because I need this freaking dress that was custom made and literally hundreds of dollars. Both times I call the reps barely speak English and tell me they don't know where my package is because it's in Australia. I tell them they're wrong I'm looking online and it says it was in LA at 8:41 AM and that I just want to know where it is or at least update the delivery to be delivered without a signature so I can run the errands I need to run today as it was not here at noon like it was supposed to be. In all honesty they seem incapable of any kind of common sense or the mental capacity to even work in any capacity whatsoever if they can't figure out where my package is and can even tell me accurate information. Beyond upset at their inadequate customer service and the way they suddenly can't speak English or understand me when I point out the information they're telling me and what it's saying on their site are totally different so where's my package exactly? read more

DHL used this partner "Plus Mail" and it is a nightmare. I called multiple times asking about my status of package. They kept redirecting me to DHL customer and the station. All they said was we don't have any packages. It will be delivered after 1 pm. I don't even ask for my tracking number. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! read more

This DHL distribution center in Las Vegas provides Terrible service... They make it a policy to Never answer the phone... Our OVERNIGHT package sat in their office for over one full week and nothing we could do to get delivery. Our calls, when we could get through, were ignored. The main USA office for DHL was also unable to get anything done. --- Our original delivery address was in Utah, but DHL reports that Utah is a "remote location" and they don't go there very often. So we changed our delivery address from Utah to Las Vegas - on the same road (Charleston Blvd) as the DHL Office (less than 12 miles away) but still DHL would not deliver our package... After SEVEN days our package is still sitting in the DHL office at 1736 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 - We will NEVER use DHL again. Our recommendation is to stick with UPS and FEDEX . read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service staff are useless and have given 17 different answers. Package online said it would be delivered on Jan 31st, then Feb 1st, then it got rescheduled for today. Still no package. Never using them again. read more

Holy hell they really are that bad. It's like someone designed this company with the sheer intent to make shipping as difficult as possible. Like SO MANY OTHERS, I got an "attempted delivery" message on my tracking number when I was literally home all day. Even if they were here, they didn't follow policy and leave the "we missed you" card that they promise. I didn't even realize I missed it until a few days after this supposed attempt that definitely never happened. So I call customer service, got an automated message that they couldn't help with my tracking number. Went online to attempt redelivery, they wouldn't even recognize my tracking number! It came up as invalid in every way I tried it. In fact, the only way that I could see the package tracking was through the email that the company I bought it from sent me. So I call again, stayed on hold for HOURS, gave up. Sent an inquiry online, no answer so far. Called again, FINALLY spoke to a real person. She says that my tracking number didn't come up because it's handled by a sub warehouse (whatever that means????) and transfers me to that company's number. I've been waiting for a call back now for hours. Something tells me it's never gonna come. So now I get to look forward to driving across town tomorrow to this site to try and figure out where the hell my package is. Please just use something else. It's not just a couple disgruntled people on yelp, everyone I've talked to has had issues with DHL. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

Okay,I don't know what the actual " F" " is going on at tis oppic in Las Vegas. There was an attempt to deliver,a slip is left which I signed for drop off and left it stuck on my front door, where I found it.Thwy we're doing a second delivery the next day, which they clearly didubecause the slip was still stuck to my front door without a package left.My daughter has emailed the company in Australia, who replied with the maximum attempts were used in delivery, but they didn't come back a second time.So I got involved and called the closest office,to which the woman gave me another number.I call it and it isn't even DHL,so I call back thinking I wrote down the number incorrectly, but she gives me the same number.Basically it wasn't a dhl number. Are you Kidding me ? 702-800-6526. So then I call back a second time to tell the woman that this is not the DHL number.Looks like I need to drive there and call that number on my cell phone and put it on speaker. What a waste of time.Where is my daughters package ? That's all I want to know. There needs to be negative stars available for some of these businesses. read more

If I were able to rate with a negative score, I would. First, I have been home waiting for my delivery and I have ring. Ring records anyone that approaches and notifies you through your phone someone is coming. I received an automated text that said the driver attempted to deliver the package. I called DHL office because I was home and have ring, and NOBODY came to my door. When I spoke to the manager Daniel Garcia, he was insisting that the driver came despite me not having footage of any delivery nor a "Sorry we missed you" door hanger. I am so disappointed that the manager would assist his employee in lying and speak to a customer so condescendingly. This will be my last time using DHL and yes I did file a former complaint in which the representative kept calling me "Brenda" which is not my name nor close to it. read more

I had been waiting for an overseas shipment for a month. The DHL driver came to my door and tapped on my door with his phone so quietly that my door laying by the door didn't hear him. I have a video door bell and I later discovered the video. Why he wouldn't have rang the bell as opposed to using his phone to TAP the door is beyond me. Gee, just noticed Kay A.'s post similar to mine. Sounds like that is not an uncommon problem. I am going to a store and show them the video. This person should recieve a warning. He was at my door for maybe a grand total of 30 seconds!!! And back in the truck in probably in less then a minute. Normally I avoid leaving negative reviews. However this time it just needs to be out there. a couple days ago I got a text from DHL alerting me that an important package was going to be delivered that same day. Checked my email and it also showed on the DHL website that I could expect delivery that day. I called the DHL customer service to confirm this and was told "Yes it will be delivered by 8 pm and requires my signature". I took off work and went home to wait. Nobody came. The next morning I started calling DHL at 8 am. The customer service line told my it would maybe be delivered by 4 or so. Eventually after 2 hours of escalation I found out the package was still at the local warehouse. I went and picked it up myself. At the warehouse I was told by a snooty manager that I myself had changed the delivery date??? Way to CYA DHL. Very lame. Bad customer service. Never use again. read more
