Just like everybody else said, they should have 0 stars for failing at having good drivers. It just happened coming from US 95 into Rancho exit the delivery driver decided to cut me off. I honked because he was going to cause an accident, and he had the AUDACITY to flip me off. Oh, and on top of that I took a photo so I could file a report, but he had no license plate. People like that should not be in business if they can't even follow the rules of the road. read more

My experience with these people was terrible. I hadn't used a similar service before, but while in town for a convention needed help with a delivery. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn't very helpful and did not get enough information on the pick up. While I understand that large venues are tough to pick up from, that is the service I paid for. It took so long to connect with the clearly irritated driver that I could have Ubered and couriered it all myself in less time. read more

I wanted to write this down so its accurate as it just happened.    6:45 am I was an employee of JCN as a medical currier.  Jeremy is the drivers (and my ) direct supervisor.  I worked there for over a week putting in 10 and 11 hour days for a pay rate of 11.00.  This is also the time where it was 110 degrees here in Las Vegas.  Anyway, I have always had a small issue with my left eye.  As a kid, it was lazy eye that turned into a squint, etc, etc   It has never stopped me from obtaining a valid driver licen ( which I currently have )  or driving but there have been time where I have needed to go the doc and have it checked out. ( Many times there were just drops prescribed ) So, this is about JCN not really my vision health history.  Kelly  who functions as like an office manager, ( different name for a guy but yes he's male ) confronted me in the parking lot as I was moving the van that I drive in my Henderson route.  Yelling to me ( about 250 feet away ) hey what's up?  I replied What's up?  He said he had been calling me a few times which is true, what he doesnt mention is that I had not only spoken with but also had ( still have ) text messages from Jeremy explaining the issue as well as how long I would be out ( four days ) and when I would return.  All of my family / friends were concerned about my vision so my phone was blowing up.  I had heard from the other drivers that Kelly had "short man syndrome" which I laughed at because he didn't seem that was to me.  In fact, as he may or may not admit to, I said to him one day, why dont people want to stay here?  Why is the turnover rate so high?  This is a good job ( minus the pay ) so either you or Jeff ( the owner ) have to be diabolical.  Clearly in my opinion, its Kelly.  Jeff is not in the office that much and seems like a nice person.  Jeremy also knows where his bread is buttered.  He is a good guy but 3 drivers told me he never stands up for them to kelly and get mad easy which changes his personality. I dont know about short man syndrome but I do think that he is the poster child for passive aggressive which is what I think they mean by " short man ".  I dont expect to have any support from Jeremy or the Owner as they all went to high school together.  Thing is, I had ( and still do ) a doctors note in my back pocket that I was about to pull out and give to him when he said, is that they only shirt you have? ( Meaning the JCN golf shirt he had given me ) that I was wearing,  I was stunned, he wanted the shirt off my back, not a uniform shirt, a golf shirt.  Im not sure how many people show up at work with a wardrobe change in the car but I don't.  I told him this was the only shirt I had.  There was a pregnant pause moment when I thought he was going to say give it to me.  Before he could I said I would mail it to him when he said keep it.  He also accused me of having a company gas card which I did not have. ( kelly is wrong many times and doesnt like to admit it )  Id like to state this also, He had shared with all of us in the office  that his family was sick, ( child and wife ) that MIGHT have made his mood more aggressive also it was early in the morning and it looked like he just got up, Im not sure but Im trying to give him the benefit of the doubt.  I wanted to try to talk it out as well as give the doctors note for my absence but I didnt want a physical confrontation ( yes, he looked that mad ) so I collected my stuff and left.  I know sometime these things are one sided but Im stating it as it happened.  I really did like the guy until I saw this side of him.  Please Kelley get some help for the anger, I know he has mega stress and his family was / had been ill but there is much more to it than that....short man or not, it was just like the other drivers told me, like Doc Jekyll and Mr Hide.  I think when he calms down and thinks about this he will know he was wrong, in fact my Uncle who is an Attorney here in here in town said so.  I don't want retribution, I just want Kelly to get some help and if you think about applying there, know what I went through because leopards dont change there spots or in this case, in my opinion, people who always think they are right, in their minds are at the time.  Im sure he will counter this but the fact is both he and I know what was said and what happened.  Life is tooooooo short to have that kinda anger in you!  I wish you the BEST!   Get well soon buddy! read more

Kelly was fantastic to work with, I had a super slim window of only a couple of hours to get my entire trade show booth to the nearest FedEx for next day delivery, and Kelly made it happen!
