I am a new homeowner and completely oblivious to home repairs, issues, etc. Cory took the time to…read morego over everything with me and address all of my concerns. He explained things in a clear and concise manner. At one point, he noticed I was getting a bit overwhelmed by the information, and he slowed down and explained things even further. He physically walked with me around the home, identifying areas of concern as well as showing me things I should keep an eye on. I am absolutely blown away by his level of service. He definitely set the bar extremely high and did an incredible job of building trust. These are the guys you can feel confident in hiring.

I had a terrible experience with A Best Foundation Repair, specifically with an inspector named…read moreRuben. After quoting me for 12 piers a week before, they asked me to make extra 8 piers. Ruben had no real explanation other than "I just saw it today." When I questioned the sudden price hike and asked for his supervisor, he claimed he was the manager and threatened to abandon the job unless I transferred all the money immediately. He then followed through with his threat, leaving my foundation completely exposed and dug up. Extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and untrustworthy. Leaving a construction site like this is unsafe. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Olshan did a great job on my foundation work in a timely manor…read more Work was excellent workers were professional. The only concern I have is that they dug up my bush and put it back and now it is dead. They also used my electricity for their equipment which left me with an outrages electric bill. I ask would they be giving me a credit for my bill and was told no. Foundation work is not cheap and for them to use my electricity to operate their jackhammers and microwaves for eating their lunch on me that I am paying for is ridiculous. Not to mention they kill two of my plants with no replacement. So this is why I am giving them 2 stars. If you use them be sure that they bring a generator to operate their equipment and if they have to dig up your plants make sure they replace them with new ones. Because the one that dig up will not and replace will not live.
