When Paul of Olshan told us, "The job is straightforward, we do it every day and you'll never know we were here," I was skeptical. No longer! Olshan completed our foundation stabilization a day ahead of schedule and restored the yard to its original condition; every rock, every shrub. The crew worked from dawn to dusk with a minimum of disruption. They had the skill, experience and equipment to do the job. Armando Gomez supervised the leveling operation with skill and confidence like a conductor with an orchestra. Olshan did a great job on my foundation work in a timely manor…read more Work was excellent workers were professional. The only concern I have is that they dug up my bush and put it back and now it is dead. They also used my electricity for their equipment which left me with an outrages electric bill. I ask would they be giving me a credit for my bill and was told no. Foundation work is not cheap and for them to use my electricity to operate their jackhammers and microwaves for eating their lunch on me that I am paying for is ridiculous. Not to mention they kill two of my plants with no replacement. So this is why I am giving them 2 stars. If you use them be sure that they bring a generator to operate their equipment and if they have to dig up your plants make sure they replace them with new ones. Because the one that dig up will not and replace will not live.
