One of the ceiling fans was wobbly. I called and asked if they could come out and check it because it should be under warranty as it's been less than two months. The lady on the phone was polite and professional scheduled me quickly for a couple of days later this week. They had an opening today the same day I called and were able to get someone out and take care of it. The electrician and his apprentice also polite and professional. My fan does not wobble. I don't hold the wobble against them because it could happen to anyone they owned up to it and took care of it. If we need an electrician again, Above and Beyond it the top of my list. Very happy with the service 100% recommend them.

The owner of Red King Plumbing in Memphis, Tennessee, Sapo, and every member of his team are…read moreabsolutely outstanding. I have been meaning to leave this review since December (we have four-month-old twins, so life has been a little busy!), when his crew replaced our rental property's bathtub while we were out of state in Kansas. Not only did they complete the scheduled work, but they also addressed additional issues that they truly did not have to take on. From the very first interaction, it was clear that Sapo is someone who can be trusted. That level of professionalism and integrity brings priceless peace of mind when work is being done in your home, especially while you are states away and your house contains things you deeply value. He communicates clearly and consistently, calling personally if there is even the slightest hiccup in plans or scheduling. While we were away, he kept us updated on the progress and made sure we understood exactly how everything was going. What truly stood out was his genuine concern for our family. Because we have infant twins, he was especially mindful about the possibility of mold exposure and personally wanted to ensure they were out of the home during the work, just to be safe. That kind of thoughtfulness and care goes far beyond basic customer service, it speaks to his character. He is truly a kind and considerate person. My husband and I highly recommend Red King Plumbing. They have since returned to fix a similar issue, which reminded me that I needed to finally post this review. Once again, they were professional, kind, efficient, and thorough. They truly get the job done right every single time. If the opportunity ever presented itself, I would gladly work for a company like this. That's how much confidence and respect we have for Sapo and his team. If you're looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and skilled plumbing company in Memphis, Red King Plumbing is the one to call.
