Neither of us finished our burgers and we won't be visiting this location again. Two of the four burgers were pink and the fries came out of the container as one cold and congealed block. The delivery kept being pushed back so it may be the case of too busy to focus on quality. I've been to Fatburger in Las Vegas, so I knew what to expect when coming here: Gourmet burgers at a price higher than normal and a very energetic staff. The latter was definitely there, as the staff was very energetic; they yell out your order once the cashier recites it to the kitchen. I had the mushroom swiss burger, with a side of onion rings and a drink. For ~$20, I unfortunately have to say it wasn't totally worth it. The burger was simply only above average, and nothing more. I personally rather go to Nuburger if I want a gourmet-style burger. However, the onion rings were very good, and worth the upgrade. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was certainly inviting. However I likely won't return unless specifically requested by someone. read more

Disgusting and their franchise location should be shut down here. The food was mediocre at best. The worst part was that the bathrooms were absolutely filthy as was the restaurant area. It wasn't a particularly busy time and there was plenty of staff when we visited. I could overlook the cleanliness if they were short staffed and if it was lunch hour but there was no need for the state of the restaurant. I have been to multiple other locations in other places and have always raved about the food but I will tell you to save your money and go to another popular burger place a few min away in the outlet mall. I still love the burgers here though my recent visit was just ok. The burgers were not as juicy and amazing as my first visit. Nonetheless the fries are still very good and consistent. I ordered the "medium" 1/2 pound burger which is perfect for me as I found the baby burger 1/4 lb not filling enough. The fries are so good so order the bag of fries which is $3.99, it's not the same bag or box of fries you get at VJs as the portion is still less than what you'd expect. The bag of fries is probably equivalent to a med to large size at other fast food places. The regular fries comes in about the portion of a small drink cup so not a lot of fries. Their milk shakes are really good so if you want a small taste of it, get the kid size portion which is about $1.49 or something and the equivalent to about 100 ml. Service is always friendly there. Food requires a bit of a wait as they make your food to order but it's always hot and delicious. read more

This review fir regent fat burger. It's a chain so I'm assuming the product is the same. I was completely underwhelmed. Looks good. They have lots of pretty pics in the restaurant. You have a feeling your gonna get a huge satisfying and delicious burger. Wa-wa-wa! nd They claim there regular burger is a 1/3 pound. I highly doubt that. It's smaller than a mcds quarter pounder patty. Wrapped neatly. Flavour...alright. It Didn't fall apart like the previous visit. Even at the 5.99 promo price it's disappointing. Five guys seems bigger and I know their patties are 3.6-3.75 ounces each. ( I know a guy who worked there). Burger King is even better taste and value. I was stoked to find out Fatburger had arrived in The Peg. I've been to their restaurant out in Calgary and it was great there. The atmosphere is just as fun here. You make in order, the cashier yells it out, and the cooks yell it back to confirm. Fun! The burgers are very good - maybe not the best in the city. But certainly better than your avg fast food. The fries are great. What you really need to get is their milk shake. Any of them. They are one of the best you'll have had. So dang good! The only downer though is their place is TOO SMALL! You'll often have trouble find a place to sit, unless you come at odd hours of the day. read more

I had my first visit last night. There will be more, if my burger was any indicator of the overall quality if the food. On entering, I was immediately struck with how busy it was (it was the dinner hour), which is always a good sign. The order process was pretty simple, and they have the courtesy of posting clearly what condiments come standard. My first thought as I unwrapped my Hawaiian burger was that it looked very much like the picture. The beauty was more than skin-deep, though. For the record, I've never had pineapple slices on a hamburger. This is a trend which will change. The sweetness of the pineapple worked well with the smokiness of the bacon and the patty was perfectly cooked, still nice and juicy. The fries weren't disappointing, but they were not exceptional. This was less of a concern. Given the surprising complexity of the menu, which is basically nothing but burgers, it will take a few more visits to really gauge the place. The first impression, though, was very good. Can't wait to go back! read more

most times I have ordered from skip the dishes from fatburger, was ok, nothing to write home about, but decent enough. I ordered last night (sept 22/19), the order was 4 burgers with fries and drinks. A normal order. However, when we got the order delievered, opened up the burgers and the buns were all moldy. After a long day in the city our family of 6 stopped by for a late dinner. The staff at the Sterling Lyon location were exceptionally wonderful and welcoming! Great service! My burger was perfect, the Hawaiian Cheeseburger. The kids said fries were under seasoned but otherwise meals were good. My only complaint is that its too pricey. read more

Seems like they do not have a working exhaust fan. The place was saturated with grease smell that every part of you smells like fried stuff after you dine in there. It did not also help that service was super slow even if there were only 4 customers at that time. read more

My wife and I have been here twice and really enjoyed it both times. Great variety on the menu, and definitely a fun, friendly atmosphere. Been here a couple times, and my luck with the service has been awful. The restaurant wasn't busy with probably 2 tables. My to go order of a burger, and chicken tenders, and a poutine took over 25 minutes. First, I requested to have the gravy on the side; that was quickly denied. The employee said it comes on top and they could not put it in the side. I was told I'd be called up to the front when the order was ready, and if I had not asked for it, the order would have been forgotten about. The order was placed in some warming bag. When I asked for my order, the guy that took my order simply said "it's on its way." When he found out what happened, he handed me the bag without apologizing for the wait, or even offering to have the meal remade. By the time I had my meal, the food was cold, and soggy. The food is fairly decent when fresh, but I wont be going back after receiving that level of service. The quality of the food certainly does not make up for their extremely poor customer service. read more

Just went for the Bacon Cheese burger. One of the best I've had in a while. Piping hot and good flavour. Will be back! A good burger does not need all the crazy topping most places are doing now. Fatburger's burgers are nothing extraordinary for what you pay for. They're quite pricey. Their wings are not as good as Wild Wings' IMO. Their curly fries are quite greasy, I would prefer Arby's curly fries over Fatburger's. I personally won't come back again unless there's a reason to. read more
