My review is biased, as I have been previously employed here.
The management is beyond terrible. They go through restaurant managers every few months; not to mention half of their swing managers (the ones who actually run the shifts) are young people who are not confident in their ways and didn't receive proper training. People are promised raises for months with no outcome. I worked there for 2 years and was promoted twice, however only got a raise when minimum wage went up.
The service really depends on who is working. The crew often does not have the support it needs, and as such are not able to keep up with the demand. The scheduling is ridiculous and they are frequently understaffed.
The food is okay for the most part. Avoid getting smaller packs of nuggets (I.e 6 piece) during slow periods as they will not be fresh. Likewise with Angus burgers, McChicken burgers, and occasionally Quarter Pounders.
This location is the only location I've heard of that refuses to implement the Smoothie or Frappé machines to their business. The place is going bankrupt as it is. They neglect to upgrade the necessary items and order things that don't matter.
If you do happen to visit during the wee hours of the night, know that there are only 3 staff on shift at most when there should be at least 4. This is the cause of the excessive wait often felt for even the smallest orders. read more
