Went in today with my sister for lunch , it was a little busy but the food was impeccable, the staff made our food just as we ordered. The sweet potatoes were super crispy and the burgers were juicy and really tasty , the cook Eloísa checked up on us a few times even brought us napkins , the lady that took our order was very polite , she seemed to be lead of the staff. Overall , Excellent service , great food , exceptional atmosphere . Not the first time or last time we'll come here ! read more

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was a good one. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The onion rings were cooked to perfection. Yes, the burgers are a little pricy, but it's entirely your choice on whether you're willing to pay them. I live down the street and will be returning. read more

I should've just stuck with In N Out. They've never done me wrong. I decided to give Fatburger a try since I never had one. I didn't care for them. The patty was kind of crumbly and tasted a bit like the homemade ones I make. The bread was not good and I tossed one of them out. Also, they were too pricey, and I didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra for things such as cheese. This really jacks up the price. In & Out is just one low price for a delicious burger. Also, the staff were just standing around and yakking with each another. This was annoying when they were around me when I was eating. I had to also disturb their gossip time to wipe my table, which they should've taken care of instead of yakking. read more

This burger tops all other fast food burgers hands down. Love this place. I recommend this place to anybody who wants a good burger.

To be honest I expected better. The burger was sloppy and the food was over-priced. I paid $22 for one combo and one with just a burger and drink. Not cool fatburger! read more

First and last time I'll eat at fat burger! Came out of the movie Theater and ordered two cheese burgers order of fat fries and a soda $19. Dollars. The burger was dry and tasteless, fries were tasty! After we got home felt sick and lots of indigestion! Very disappointed!! read more

Located in Sunset Station Casino, this Fatburger has always served me decent food with good customer service.

I just left the drive thru ..the girls inside thought it would be funny to put half a hamburger in my bag when I paid $5 for a plain hamburger. Not funny.. management should find better employees read more

Stood there for 5 minutes nobody entertained me if i want to order or anything white lady comes up cuts the line got her order right away. Dont come here unless your white. Thanks read more

Had a really good experience at this particular Fatburger. Great onion rings! Yes, it takes 10-ish minutes for your made-to-order food and I paid $13 for everything, so you could say it takes twice as long and costs twice as much as McDonalds -- but its also twice as good IMO. read more

I had it two times and the first time it was good. This time the fries were great but the burger was cold and dry. Told them no pickles came with them piled on it. I didn't see them cook it on the grill fresh it was slapped together and passed out the drive through in less then three minutes. Last time it took about ten min but was hot and fresh. This makes me realize how important Hot and Fresh all the time is. Never coming back after this bad burger:( read more

Love this Fatburger location one of the best I been to Stephanie has some of the best customer service I experienced definitely 5 stars Thank You ! read more

The rudest worst service ever. Not only was the guy at the counter rude and told my brother "no, it's too late" when he wanted to change his drink to a shake before the order was even sent in, he also got the order completely wrong and got nasty when we asked for it to be corrected. Unacceptable! read more

Paid $36+ for two burgets, fries, onion rings, and two drinks and waited 25 minutes for our food. We ended up getting our food to go because it took so long. When we got to the car the onion rings were cold. We will not be returning to this location. read more

This one star says it all about my experience here, Last week I was at the Sunset with a close friend of mine to see a movie, Afterwords we were hunger and went to this Fatburger location. Well the service was TERRIBLE. We decided to pay separately. I had ordered a Fatburger with fries and a milk shake. While my girlfriend got just fries and a milkshake, Both were to go, so we sat and waited, And after a while we notice that three people had came after we placed our order. And they ALL got their food BEFORE we did. After twenty minutes of waiting just to get our food we were going to leave until they finally called out our orders. Once we got to my car we checked to make sure everything was in there. And it surly was not. They had forgotten my fries, so I went back inside to fix the situation, I was told to wait in line to even tell them what was wrong, Once I finally got to the cashier it had been a ten minute wait just to get what I had payed for. I told the cashier that I had ordered the fires but never received them. I showed him my receipt and he told me I was lying! He assumed I had gone to my car, put the fires in there, and gone back inside to state I hadn't ordered them to score more fires! The never! After five minutes of fighting with this man I was going to leave once the cook said here just take them and leave. The way the workers withheld the problem was unprofessional and uncalled for. I had even noticed when the cook gave me the fries they were old ones that were being kept on the cooling rack they have next to the fryer. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Fatburger and will totally not be returning to this location. The best location is the one located inside the Fiesta on Lake Mead. If you must go to this location just make sure you're order isn't as "complicated" and that you check your order before you leave or else you'll be treated horribly by the staff. I do not recommended this location at all. read more

boy, did I ever have 1 of the worst fast food garbage, customer experiences ever in my 57 years on this earth. and I owe it all to a crummy $5.00 burger with fixings that turned into a $10.00 + tip...im at sunset station so I'm taking my burger to go. i'd rather eat out at the slots...besides the fact that 9 times out of 10 the tables are always dirty in fast food places...while waiting I go up to the counter to get some napkins...I always need xtra napkins...I always make a mess and I have a condition where I constantly squeeze and wipe my face ..I only use a napkin 2 times ..im not wasting it...its just a nervous thing...and I shouldn't have to explain myself to anyone...I guess I was taking too many because the fry cook asked me why I was taking too many napkins...I told him I wasn't taking too many, but what I needed...he said he only put 4 in customers bags..and I'm saying how does he know what I need and who is he the "napkin police?" I told him I only had about 7 and he said I had a whole lot more than that...well, I started to count them and guess what? that piss-ant was right...OMG!!! I had about 13. I was wrong and let my temper get the beast of me ...I told him he could have his stinking napkins and I brushed them off the counter...I asked for his name..couldn't see it of course. he was 15 feet away. he told 1 of the other employees to call security because we're gonna get rid of IT! I asked who the MOD was? quess who? it was him....next thing I know security is escorting me out and I'm not allowed back for 24 hrs. I was embarrassed and humiliated.....oh, and after "IT" got her walker, her sunset cherry pie, her greasy-fatburger, cashed out her winnings, wrapped herself up, left sunset station as fast as my little prosthetic leg could get me to the bus stop....caught bus, walked another 20 min home..well at least I had a burger right? well...needless to say it was cold...somebody made sure that bun was squished down real good...majority of the mushrooms weren't even on the burger, just squashed outside the bun....thank you for a lovely experience .oh my dogs loved the $10.00 burger..........oh and guess what? there were no napkins in the bag..........god doesn't like ugly..............god bless you , "spanky". read more
