I know ingredients cost is out of control especially for beef, but for $17+ a burger I expect to be able to define the cook I want with some type of local beef, a good blend like chuck + brisket, or wagyu. You can head over to Four Peaks, AZ Wilderness, Ghost Ranch, Bad Jimmy's and many other spots nearby and get a far superior burger in the same price range. I tried the El Diablo burger, which was my favorite, it has a good kick to it and love the sauce. I like that it's consistent with the other locations. Love the bread for the buns too. Also tried the Double smash burger, also very delicious. I also got the Sweet potato fries, it tasted fresh and right amount of crispy and soft. Lastly I got a slice of chocolate pie and it was really good. The crust was my favorite! It wasn't sweet and nice crunch/brittleness to it. And the chocolate cream was rich.
