We had the standard Fatburger and it was good; dressed well and hot. Fries were ok, too. Soft drinks are Pepsi products. Service was fast and friendly. This is a solid spot for getting huge, meaty burgers, and wings (?!) but that's about it. I have been to this Fatburger in the past - years ago - in search of finding a solid, fast-casual burger. This place definitely hits the mark for their burgers. I got the "large fatburger" - which is a single, 1/2lb burger. I can't imagine a person getting anything bigger - it's huge. I ordered online and they let you customize the burger. I got "The Works" - mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, relish, mustard. When i ordered, I thought "hmm... pickles and relish... interesting... but okay". It ended up being A LOT of pickle, but i didn't mind it! The patty was super thick and well cooked (just *barely* pink inside), which means it was juicy and delicious. It seemed well-seasoned and the toppings were all pretty fresh and bright. Fries - I got some skinny fries for the kids. They liked them, but I thought they were a bit underseasoned. Also, for take-out, they were super cold when we got home. Chili Fries - this was our reason for this particular visit. We'd done some research hunting for chili fries, and Fatburger popped up, so we wanted to give it a try. If this test worked out, maybe we could get chili cheeseburgers next time? But... the chili was just... meh. It was FINE, but lacked anything special about it. It probably just came from a can. It was a bit bland, maybe not salty enough. Not sure... I didn't finish mine - didn't seem worth the calories (and I was stuffed from the burger). Onion rings - their rings have the makings of some really good rings. We tried them as we were leaving in the car, and they were already slightly soggy. Sad face. The first one I got was pretty well seasoned, a good, thick onion with a bit of bite, but without stringing out of the covering. Pretty darn solid! But... then the subsequent rings were just plainly underseasoned. Disappointing. Wings - I saw that Fatburger had combined with Buffalo Express. I've never had Buffalo express, but my wife said people said the wings were pretty good... So, I ordered two 6-pieces (medium and carolina fire bbq) with blue cheese to try them (maybe it'd be a good wing destination?!) The wings were juicy and tender, thin breading, and not dry. Really, really good! The medium had a *really good* sauce that paired excellently with the blue cheese - as buffalo sauce does. The Carolina Fire BBQ wings were... confusing. When I ordered them on the site, I assumed they were ordered by spiciness - and these were second to last on the list (with "Scorchin" being the last, hottest one). So... maybe carolina referred to the carolina reaper pepper. But then it also said BBQ - so maybe it was a spicy carolina bbq sauce. Neither of these assumptions were true. The wings weren't very spicy - maybe a tiny bit hotter than the medium - and they weren't a carolina bbq sauce (carolina bbq sauce is identified by mustard and vinegar - this was more of a sweet, dark, classic bbq sauce). So... maybe it was just a normal BBQ with some carolina reaper powder to spice it up. That nit-picking aside, the wings were really good for what they were - medium-spicy, a bit sweet/tangy. Good and fun! So... will I ever be back to Fatburger? Unfortunately... probably not. Their burgers are actually a unique aspect - thick, meaty, juicy, huge... but I don't know that I ever want *just* a huge burger. I usually want more from the experience. Tonight was our fatty meal of the week (no pun intended) and Fatburger was just the place. Food is cheap so we didn't expect much, to be honest. The burgers are super fat as the name implies, so unless you're Julia Roberts you most likely won't be able to fit the entire thing in your mouth for an even bite. Hubby really liked his Swiss mushroom burger, and my fish sandwich was subpar. Fish tasted fresh out of the freezer and it was mostly one big blob of mayo. For real, every bite left my hands covered in mayonnaise. So gross. It tasted alright though. The fries were delicious. They were just plain skinny fries but they were salted just enough and there was a good mixture of crunchy and mushy ones. The Oreos and cream milkshake (I told you this was our fatty night... don't judge us) was good, not amazing. It did taste like real ice cream and ice blended together. We went to check out the Impossible Burger - it was possible!! We also got a regular burger and an order of hot wings because it's also a combination store much like the KFC-TacoBell portmanteau stores we've seen around town. I support this idea because it makes for a much larger menu. Back to the Impossible Burger - it's less dense than beef, and a very well seasoned "burger". It's almost like a creation you'd get at an ethnic restaurant; but I can't quite put my finger on what gives it the unique flavor. But I was commenting to my dining partner that the Impossible Burger is great because now vegans and vegetarians can actually have some fun in their lives by venturing to fun places that sell hamburgers. I had the large Mushroom Swiss burger - which had no swiss for some reason. Strange. Call me old fashioned but it would also have been nice to have been asked how well-done I wanted it cooked. It came nearly well-done. But for what it was, it was juicy and delicious. Fatburger did not skimp on mushrooms either! Yum. Finally we had a 10-pc order of boneless wings with the Red Hot Ranch sauce. They were a bit overpowering in terms of vinegariness if that's a word. They weren't too spicy, just too saucy? Again, the vinegar flavor of that sauce was really a bit much. Also, it came with one short piece of celery and one short carrot. My husband brought me here for lunch today. My first time. He ordered a king burger for me. Add an American cheese which I love on my burger. I got onion rings, he got fries with his. The burger came in it looks pretty impressive. Half pound burger with the fixings. Mine had shredded lettuce tomato onion pickles mayonnaise and a little mustard. My first bite was mostly lettuce and bun. My opinion was way too much shredded lettuce on the sandwich. Un- proportionate to the meat and bun. The taste was pretty good. Wasn't fantastic but worthy of a try. My burger fell completely apart while I was eating it. My husband used his paper wrap the whole time. Maybe I should've taken a clue from him. The onion rings were really good. The hit of the party. Crispy and they did not come apart when you took a bite. Fries are OK. Could haveYou could get the thick or thin. We got thin. I'm in Seattle mostly, though our office gets lunch delivered via Peach. This week the menu for Tuesday had a variety and the boneless wings looked the best. There were two variety's, the boneless bourbon BBQ and the spicy ranch boneless. Hands down the bourbon looked great, so I ordered it. I'm always skeptical about a dish like this on delivery. You have to wonder if it will still taste as good as it would have fresh. I was busy in the morning and picked up my food 2 hrs after delivery. Despite the delay in time, it still looked amazing. It looked well breaded and tossed in a good amount of sauce, yet it didn't look soggy. Having the first bite, the flavor was amazing. It was tangy, sweet, savory, everything you could ask for in a "wing". It also still had texture and the portion was generous. My only complaint is that it's served with a single piece of celery and carrot each. I guess that's what the photo shows looking back, but isn't that the cheapest ingredient? Just saying it would be nice to have a few more to balance out all the meat and sauce. read more

Antonio gave us the best customer service. A couple weeks ago we ordered on the app and picked up our food and when we got home, the burger had everything on it which we ordered it plain. We emailed customer support twice with pictures of not only our receipt, but pictures of the Burger and never got a reply. Today I went into the store and spoke with Antonio and explained to him the situation, and he happily made us a plain cheeseburger and threw in some free fries as well. Felt comforted by the fact the cardboard containers fell face down on the floor they threw them in the garbage. Went back in on a Saturday. A co-worker encouraged me to check out Fatburger and compared it to In-and-Out, hyping it up as if it was one of the best burger chains I HAD to check out. Upon entering, the layout looked a little cramped. There's one line for ordering in person and another line for picking up. Menus are randomly dispersed across the counter and mounted above the cashier station, which is perpendicular to the front entry. After deciding to get a lettuce wrapped burger, I figured trying a standard "small Fatburger" would be a good glimpse into the "greatness" my co-worker had raved about. The cashier wasn't particularly friendly. I was happy to repeat myself multiple times, including my name, but he gave up and wrote the name on my credit card instead. I never base a review solely on service, but I was definitely not impressed. Then again, I don't expect five star service at a fast food chain. It took about 3-5 minutes for my burger to get prepared, they called my name, and then I was on my way with the burger bag in hand back to the office. I have to admit that I was pretty excited to try this burger out based on what my co-worker told me. I also managed to sneak a fry from him and was unimpressed, but perhaps the burger would be magical like I had imagined. Back at the office, I opened to find the burger with incredibly soggy lettuce. Gross, but it wasn't awful. Sauces were heavily splashed onto the patty, which seemed to be the only thing driving the flavorless patty. The burger could have been a whole lot worse, but it was disappointing. I paid a little under $5 for a small burger (no sides or drinks), and the outcome was an overly sauced slab of meat with a couple veggies on top wrapped in soggy lettuce. I don't know what greatness my co-worker spoke of, but this was simply not there. First time at fatburger and it was just not good. We got takeout and were there a few minutes past pickup time, but I have a feeling it was done way early because already the fries were kinda gross and we even had sweet potato, skinny, and fat fries and none of them were great. The burger had almost no toppings on it, and even the cheese was not good. The best part of the meal was my son's boneless chicken wings but they gave us none of the sauces we asked for, so even those were meh. My boys usually pound their meals, but they left hot dog, chicken, and TONS of fries behind, and even their Oreo milkshakes. Huge bust all around, and bummer because it wasn't cheap. read more

Reading other reviews of Fatburger, I feel like an episode of Hollywood Squares/Hip Hop Squares/Nashville Squares/Every Kind of Squares: "I disagree, Peter/DeRay/Bob/EveryHost." I've only ordered delivery from Fatburger for several years, and only once during that time have they ever botched my order, yet it still turned out to be delicious. The burgers are fresh, the fries are fat in flavor, the onion rings a fun treat, and their (overpriced) chicken is juicy. I've also had one of their elusive salted caramel milkshakes that has since disappeared from their menu. Mind you, I don't eat here regularly, but I enjoy their burgers, in spite of them being a chain. (I know! Something's wrong with The Ol' Mangaretta--send help!) So, five stars for Squares-worthy food, fat fries, juicy meats, and the now-extinct salted caramel milkshakes. Too bad that flavor is gone because it should be in the center square. read more

I never knew there was a Fatburger so close to me in Redmond! I fully admit to not looking for places like this because I know it can be so dangerous for me. However, they had a vegetarian burger (The Impossible burger) that I knew hubby was dying to try. Went there on a Wednesday night and ordered. I got a chicken caesar salad and hubby got a vegetarian burger. As we were walking to the soda machine I said, "I thought you wanted the Impossible Burger?" He went, "Oh yea!" He walks back to the register and asks if he can change his order to the impossible burger, saying he'd pay the difference. Manager went, "No. It's already being made." Less than 30 seconds had passed since we paid. Hm. Ok. Odd, but fine. I used to work food service and I understand keeping cost down. We sit down and food comes out. I'm in LOVE with my chicken caesar salad. It's a seriously huge and generous portion. For that I bumped this review up to 2 stars. Hubby's vegetarian burger is lukewarm. Tepid. Frankly, from where I was sitting it looked unappealing and bit like an uncooked, raw turkey burger. Hubby is a bit upset. He takes it back to the cashier and tells him it's uncooked and he's not happy...He ends up having to pay for the Impossible Burger because the cashier/customer service is completely untrained in how to deal with customers. I watched as the guy just took the burger and threw it in the trash. Zero attempt to even placate my husband for having given him a cold burger when he tried to let them know the issue. We had spent $24 for a burger, salad, 2 drinks, and fries. We had to shell out ANOTHER $10 because they wouldn't fix their poor, undercooked mistake. Would I come back to this location? I don't know. Love it! They're open for dine in and take out. Pros: they have big burgers. I ordered 1.5lb burger (xxxl) and sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious, and it definitely filled me up. Sweet potato fries were crispy, sweet and salty, and very additive. Highly recommend! It may not look big but when you lift it up to eat it you can feel the heft. Cons: it does get a bit pricy. Me and my bf ordered 1xxxl, 1xxl, and impossible burger, sweet potato fries, fat fries, soda and added up to over 50$. (Not really complaining as this is a lot of food - we did order a lot) Cheese is not in the default option, so you must factor it in. I added 2 cheese, and jalapenos to my burger. I did have some mixed feelings to see all the coagulated fat on the paper after I finished my burger... Probably should eat more in moderation. Note: on the fatburger website they had grilled mushrooms as add-on but it is not offered anymore(they say it has been off the menu for a while) and jalapenos is also not on the in-store menu but they had it and added for me!!! My family lives in Redmond, Wa and we order food out quite a bit. Every time we call Fat Burgers to order food, the workers REFUSE to pick up the telephone to take an order. I actually went into the restaurant and stood in the restaurant near the door and called the restaurant several times and heard the phone ring but Matt the cashier and other workers just refused to pick-up the phone to take an order. For the record, there was no customer at the counter and only one guest eating at a table but they just REFUSED to take an order over the phone. I then asked to speak to the manager and expressed my disappointment and surprise that Fat Burgers would NOT provide customer service and pick up the phone to take my order. She told me that their policy is not to take orders over the phone. And she told me the customer can place an order on their computer and to take an telephone order would be disruptive to their business. Of course to me, this is nonsensical logic and does NOT put the customer first! To say the least, it's shocking that Fat Burgers workers refuse to pick up a customer call to take a telephonic hamburger order. Many other Food establishments take orders over the phone such as Five Guys, Red Robin's, even Panera Bread ( all these businesses have on-line menus that allow customers to order that way as well) and these and many more restaurants pick-up their phones when customers call to take food orders. But Fat Burger employees just refuse to take a few minutes to take customer orders over the phone! Fat Burgers has terrible service and is extremely rude to refuse to pick up their business phones to take orders. To me, they are lazy and frankly don't care about serving their customers. read more

You getting your meat cravings satisfied with a fat, juicy, greasy burger done right at Fatburger. The best option in Redmond for burgers if you swore off McDonalds, Burger King, Dairy Queen's burgers, or any fast food without linens. You get to choose what size meat patty or chicken and pick your toppings by adding an extra .99 cent. The choices are endless but I recommend the crispy bacon. The fries are excellent, you can pick skinny or fat fries or even chili fries. I got the med size patty and a side of onion rings. I like my burgers plain with the standard stuff...all american, lettuce, pickles, tomatoe, and mustard so I can taste the juicy beef meat. It was so juicy and hit the spot. The onion rings was thick, crispy and very tasty dip into the ranch sauce. It is okay to be a fatty on a cheat day. So relax. Enjoy the juicy burger. Hot'n fresh, just how I like it! Brought Starch-boy, our 14yo son, and two of his soccer teammates here after a disappointing loss in the quarter finals. Thankfully the burgers hit the spot and did not disappoint! The interior was in typical Fatburger fashion, but they also had a jukebox, which I do not recall the Lynnwood location having one, it this was a nice feature.
