She gave me a taste of so many that sounded good even after I had ordered and they were all great. The hazies were rich with a nice fresh fruity taste, the sours had a good ballance of sweetness and the stouts had a nice twist of classic flavors. They had unique flavores like strawberry rhubarb pie and lemonchello for sours, French toast and peper.wnt mocha for stouts. I appreciate when breweries have a strong enough base of beers that they can take risks that pay off like this. The staff was beyond friendly. They gave us tones of recomendations, had long passionate conversations and they even covered the drink. It wasn't just one person either. We had great conversations with 2 or 3 of the staff. This brewery is about 2 hours away from where we live but I think it will inspire a few day trips just to visit.

The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.

But this place was open, offered gluten-free and non pork options for meat so we stopped in. It was not busy we were the only patrons at first and the food came out quickly due to this. The staff was AMAZING! The person that sat us was super friendly, our server was amazing and friendly, and even the cook all went out if the way for us. I actually used the online ordering system to understand how and what I could order. Mynhubby got a side of hashbrowns and a side of "turkey sausage " which is turkey sausage with green chillies. He lived this sausage but had a but of heat. The side if 2 patties is $4.75. I got an omelet with sliced turkey (deli turkey) and pesto. Gluten-free toast (which was a slice of seeded GF) and I got the hasbrowns lightly done (which is soft). I cannot have dairy so there was no cheese in my omelet but when I told the server the cook and him were worried with the butter and the cook wanted me to make sure the hashbrowns would be ok giving me a sample.
