This was my first visit to Jim's, and they were busy. I'll start by saying that I really enjoyed the sauce. We got a 32 oz bottle of Mild and Medium, and both are delicious. Atmosphere was lively, and though we ordered take out, they were absolutely on top of the busy on-goings while we waited. That said, when we got home I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. The wings were crispy, so they were cooked well. And as discussed, the flavor of the sauce was good. But the actual wings themselves were so small. This is unfortunately the exact reason we've stopped visiting another wing place. Great sauce, but the value due to the literal size of the wing is poor, at best. The restaurant business is a tight balancing act, but when you sacrifice quality to inflate margins it shows.

Melt in your mouth! One of our party likes cuts of meat on the pink side, the other prefers more well done cuts. Off Kelly went with our plates, returning having divided them into two and having the beef done perfectly for both of us. Get some extra BBQ sauce/gravy with it. Perfection. That said, it was perfectly acceptable and hit the spot. My next two visits were at the bar, where both bartenders were friendly, attentive, and clearly knew their craft. Based on those experiences, I'd definitely return if I were in the area and would recommend others give it a try as well.
