The bacon was wonderful, crispy and not total fat so they are ordering quality meats. The sourdough was tasty. The scrambled eggs could have used another minute or two on the heat. The hash browns casserole needed to be cooked on both sides or just cooked a little longer to avoid the feeling of mush and butter. That said, the service was good, the atmosphere is comfortable and clean. I'll go back and now I know to ask for a few adjustments to make the meal more to my liking. They are a friendly crew and very welcoming and happy to serve. They also have several choices of to go items for those that dont have time to wait but want fresh food. Pale, soft, almost like it was steamed and then given a quick pass on the grill just for looks. The mashed potatoes and corn on the side were fine -- nothing special. I'll give credit where it's due -- the ambiance is genuinely great.
