This is a very popular place; they turn those tables fast! I brought my mom for breakfast after an appointment in the area. We eat differently, but we were both able to order exactly what we wanted. Pancakes are big and fluffy. She got her egg white dish while I got my spicy stuff plus the salsa. Service is fast. Food is good and hot. The French toast is delicious. It's a no-fuss menu, which I like. Clean place. Cash is queen. There's a 3% credit card charge. Parking is more abundant behind, but walk around to the front for the door. Would recommend.

I went to Fat Nats Eggs and it was just OK. When you walk in you pick your own seat, and it was pretty packed since it was brunch time, so I found a table in the corner. Service was quick and they brought coffee right away, which was actually the best part of my meal. The inside has a classic diner feel and nothing to complain about there. I ordered the green chili Mexican egg plate, kind of like chilaquiles, and was excited when it came out fast. Unfortunately, it was very bland. I get that we are in the Midwest, but it had no spice at all and was missing salt or any real flavor. After about half the meal, it just started to taste repetitive and dull. The service was still fast and I was done in about 35 minutes total. I probably would not go back unless I was trying something completely different on the menu.

First time here. I was great. Place is open from 7 to 1 daily. Parking is great in the morning as I went at 930. Parking could be a challenge later. Place was busy. Got a seat really quick. Waiter came quickly after sat down. Great table side manner. Ordered the Julie. Very favorable done perfectly.

Fat Nat's is a great spot for comfort food--huge portions, packed with flavor, great value, and super quick service. Always hits the spot!

Quite busy on a Saturday AM. We had about a 15 minute wait. * Service was friendly and prompt. Waiter was great! * Pancakes were large and excellent! * Eggs and hasbrowns were excellent but slightly cold when served *Chicken wild rice soup was watery and under seasoned. Overall breakfast was good here but not great. I would come back again and try something else to make sure but at this point it's a solid 3 stars!

Amazing food! Sat at the counter, which is low seating, not those high bar counter and stools, very comfortable. Got Fat Nat's Omelet with wheat toast ...delish and loved every bite. The coffee was good too! Will be back!

The food came fast and the servers were sweet. The portions of the food is a lot and well worth your buck. I got the Julie's with hash browns and pancake. It was absolutely delicious. The place is very small and welcoming. Def a great place for breakfast.

We live in Brooklyn Park but drive out of our way to this location in St.Anthony as it is the best. The food and service are miles better then the other locations. Portions are huge and nicely served. We opted for the pancake instead of toast. It has a slight almond flavor to it which is delicious. You can swap a pancake for the toast for no extra charge, which i would highly recommend. We usually get either the Norm's omelette, Mike's omelette or the huevos con papas favorito. They food and service are always consistent when we visit.

Eggs, potatoes and carnitas with Hatch green chili sauce. Excellent!

Our go to breakfast place had a power outage so we headed to Fat Nat's. What a great local place! Lots of traditional choices and a lean into New Mexico influenced dishes that were amazing! Service was spot on despite the place being packed. In and out in an hour for a party of 8.

11/10 would recommend! On vaca in MN, my grandmother suggested going to this wildly popular, local brekfasty diner place. We walked in and there were people lined up out the door (it was Sunday after church)! BUT it was only a 15 minute wait. Gave us sometime to catch up and enjoy the sun! We were sat && were immediately greeted by multiple servers welcoming us in - that's the Midwest for ya. We all ordered and within 15 minutes we had all of our food! The husband ordered their Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich w/ "American" fries && over easy eggs and 1 pancake on the side. The pulled pork was sweet w/ a tang && get it with an egg on top - it's a life changer. The pancake was HUGE and didn't take away from the flavor - super sweet && a hint of almond ecstract. I ordered their breakfast Green Chili Huevos w/ carnitas. It was delish! Over easy eggs && spicy verde sauce - my game all the way! My cousin ordered their biscuits and gravy w/ over easy eggs && hash browns w/ cheese. YUM! And lastly. The Grandma got Eggs Benedict w/ big ol slices of ham and crispy hash brown. She said - tasted good like always. Overall this place was an awesome choice && EVERYONE was pleased && not an empty stomach in the house! The best part besides the amazing food was the service! AMAZING!

Came here for breakfast with my mom. They were very short staffed with only 2 people taking care of everyone in the restaurant. They first sat us at a 2 person table-there was so many things on the table there is no way to have room for plates so we asked to move to a bigger table. Server took our order and food came out pretty quick. I got the basic ehh, bacon, and American fries. My mom got the corn beef hash. The bacon came out too crispy with the ends being black. My mom said her breakfast tasted good. There was so many potatoes that we brought them home and was able to have them as a side for dinner that night. Server did redeem her server by flagging us down to let us know we forgot our leftovers on the table. I would try this place again if I lived in the area vs out of state

I drove around to find street parking and by the time I got there was already about thirty minutes til close and lines were still out the door. Its a tiny place and gets warm inside so it was nice they kept one of the doors open and made sure to take food orders while they could and clearly stated when the cut off was and who the last customer would be. The team was working super hard Xavier and Melody were out front tag teaming scooping ice cream, calling out orders, taking payment. I was impressed by how they kept it together on what looked like an overwhelming night. And I can only imagine how hard the kitchen staff worked. On to the food: this was my first time visiting I like that they have so many unique ice cream flavors I didn't sample any ice cream before ordering but got the lemon blueberry pound cake. It was good but the flavors didn't really pop I wanted more tart lemon curd to balance the sweetness. I enjoyed the chunks of cake in it and they were too big. The burgers are juicy smash burgers it had garlic dill pickles and their special sauce. I love smash burgers and it had a great flavor more salt forward or seasoned than other burger places I've been to. The onion rings were a big, salty and crunchy after a few the seasoning is a bit overpowering but the sauce that comes with it was delicious it was one of the best I've had! I'm looking forward to checking them out again when they're off the burger week. It's definitely worth a stop.

You get west coast mid century modern that feels cozy and hip. The band played from 3-5 which I admit I originally thought was weird. But quickly realized why. This place was created for three reasons: good food, vibes, and family fun. You look around the room and EVERYONE is having a great time. Someone's Grandpa and grandma are having a blast on the Dance floor, kids are laughing, and everyone eating and truly having a wonderful time. The food was SO SO SO good. My husband got the pastrami ribs and I wish I had taken a photo because HOT DAYUM they were fire. And the coolest part about this place is they don't accept tip. Instead there is a surcharge so all employees can have a livable wage and that's so appreciated and you can tell by the service. Everyone we encountered had a genuine smile on their face. For the owners- my husband and I weren't sure if we wanted children and have been going back and forth about it for so long... but being in a safe family environment where fun and good vibes and inclusivity is possible- it hit us like a ton of bricks. It is not as good as the original hype from the beginning. In conclusion, I do not think it's worth the $19. I rather get a cheesesteak for $16 at Tono's which comes with fresh not burnt fries rather than come back here and get a burger here. It's highly unlikely I will be back here. I honestly feel like the burgers have gone way WAY downhill. The fries here have gotten terrible so I stopped getting the fries a long time ago. They are not soft crisp like they used to be. They are too golden brown color, almost like burnt hard fries. I never like to eat down here. I normally would order the Parlour burger upstairs. The basement part which is Parlour has a weird smell like a locker room smell so that's why I don't like to eat down here.
