I have a 1,044-square-foot apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two cleaning ladies did an excellent job restoring both bathrooms and cleaning the refrigerator. They made them look almost brand new, and I was genuinely impressed with their work in those areas. The reason I'm giving three stars is that I originally booked three hours of deep cleaning, but the job ended up taking a total of six hours. Since the service time doubled, I expected the entire apartment to be thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Unfortunately, some areas were missed, including the insides and lower exterior surfaces of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen and living room walls and baseboards, and the front entry door. In addition, after walking around the apartment in clean socks, my socks turned black, suggesting that the floors were not mopped thoroughly. As a result, my husband and I spent another two hours cleaning the kitchen and living room ourselves. I contacted the manager and requested a refund equivalent to one hour of service. He agreed to refund 30 minutes, explaining that the bathrooms were exceptionally dirty and required much more time than expected. While I understand that the bathrooms took extra effort, I still believe that spending six hours cleaning a completely empty 1,044-square-foot apartment should have resulted in a more complete and professional deep cleaning. Overall, the team did outstanding work on the bathrooms, but the quality of the cleaning in the rest of the apartment did not meet my expectations.

I have a dog and they made sure to use pet friendly products that were still effective. You don't need to be home during the cleaning - just make sure they have access to enter your unit/home and they will send you the bill (and photo proof of the cleaning done) after, very efficient and convenient.

Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Just felt very scammy and weird after them asking for money without starting the job.

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Didn't leave a mess and took care of the touch-ups I asked for. Easy to communicate with and fair on pricing. Unfortunately, they started work on one of the hottest weeks this summer. I'm sure that made everything harder. Nonetheless, they got the job done and I would recommend.

Hired H&S to put title on my living room floor, the job was completed with minor bumps and two…read moreunaligned titles. They agreed to fix it but it was going to take longer, I couldn't wait so I asked to leave it alone. About 6 months later we started to hearing a cracked sound occasionally when stepped on a the titles. As time passed more titles started to make the same sound. My family decided to check and managed to take the title out. To our surprise it seems like there was nothing added to the titles to adhered. I'm not the expert but either it was not properly installed or the material used was of poor quality. It was a bit over a year and I contacted H & S to tell what was going on. My family fixed 3 titles and there are about 4 more that have the same problem. When they got here I got all kind of excuses but mainly they claimed it was my raised foundation. I thought I was dealing with professional and have done floors that are in the ground or raised or even in houses with more than one floor. I've been to buildings with multiple floor that have titles and never hear a title sound like it's cracked. There was a bit of discussion back and forth, I decided to not have them do anything to fix the issue since their attitude at this point was not pleasant. I normally don't like to do bad reviews and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. This time it went from ok, to bad to worse.
