If I could give Daniel and FastSigns a 0 stars, I would. Very poor service and absolutely rude. I got quoted for a job and called for clarification as to what was on the quote. When I asked how they planned on doing the job, Daniel would cut me off and said that for me that he was going to charge me more than original quote. He then said that he didn't have time to talk anymore and was going to hang up even though I had more questions. I proceeded to tell him that I thought that was rude to which he then said that he didn't want my business anymore and then hung up the phone. First of all. I am the owner of the store literally next door to them. I hired them to make a sign, they double charged me. They gave me the runaround on the refund of the double charge. Finally they were just going to make two signs for me. They could never fit the project in and finally said they would refund me. Now they are telling me their computer all of a sudden says they don't owe me and I am out of luck. So I leave a bad review on Google. They respond right away that they want to help, they care and they leave a bad phone number. When I went into the store they gave me a bad email address to reach the "owner." They online appear to care but they'll just take your money and you won't get your work done. I've found out from my searching around for answers that I am one of many that they have done this too. I wouldn't recommend FastSigns. They aren't fast and they can't make signs. read more

February 7th I came in to ask for some simple vinyl graphics for my boat and Dylan advised it shouldn't be a problem. I asked if he could do help me do the install and help me remove the old graphics. He advised sure it wouldn't be that week but we could work something out the following Wednesday morning, as he said Wednesday morning early would be best. I said no problem and paid for the graphics and install that day. A few days later I was contacted via email to approve the graphics and then I forgot to call Dylan back to schedule a day for install. I left a couple of messages with one of their employees but he couldn't get a hold of Dylan at all and he said they were too busy to do the install and wasn't sure if he could squeeze me in but that he would try to speak to Dylan and see what they could do. On Feb 16 I happened to have some extra free time unexpectedly so I went down to pick up the vinyl myself and just do the install myself. The employee there stated Dylan hasn't been around and that he was unable to give me a refund on the labor that I was already charged. I told him to have Dylan process my refund when he can and let me know when it was done via email after I left my credit card info with the employee. It is now Feb 22 and I have yet to hear back from Dylan about my refund and have checked my credit card statement to see nothing and I have left several voicemails. I don't mind that they were busy, I understand but to not process my refund for the labor for over a week come on. That is pretty ridiculous. I may be forced to call my credit card company to do a chargeback if I don't hear back from Dylan soon. read more

Let me first say this: WOW! I am so lucky to have found this 5 star service/product company! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Celina and she answered all of my questions since it was my first time ordering custom made decals. We were given a discount because we bought at least 250 heavy duty decals. My decals were rushed and Celina got all my info down. I ended up speaking with her for almost 35 minutes because she has a wonderful personality! Everyone here is really awesome! Ryan gave me a call the next day to confirm the decal proofs and my revisions were made instantly! I picked up my decals the day after and was greeted by Dylan (the owner) who was very friendly! I usually use the fastsigns in Escondido and had great results but this location is in a more convenient location so I decided to try them out for my husbands new business, which was a mistake. Service was slow and with every minor change that needed to be made to the proof it took a few days, when I asked why it's taking so long they said they are just too swamped with work and evertime a minor change needs to be made it goes to the bottom of the pile again. They seemed nice enough, but based on the fact they didn't follow up, straight up ignored me, and did not provide the service I was looking for they get a one star review. Dylan and his team are impressive. I work for a small medical device company that is just getting started. I asked Dylan and his team to rebrand our new office and the work they did was incomparable. They installed a couple acrylic logos and 3 large acrylic graphics. We had our board in the office for the first time the week after and they were impressed with the way everything looked. I had a bad experience with a different vendor doing the same type of work, so at first I was very nervous for how it would turn out, but Dylan was extremely responsive, ensured me that it was going to turn out great and I'm really glad I trusted him.
