Hey Randy. Fantastic job for the office counter shields. Trying to keep up with the covid safety recommendations is a challenge. The recommendations are ever changing so it is difficult to add the safety measures efficiently so we are ready to open when allowed. Arnold was great. Thorough and professional is making the mock up adjustments. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. You deliver quality work every time. A shout out to my fellow dentist looking for front counter shields. Randy and Fast Signs is the answer. read more

1-Star Review Very disappointing experience with FASTSIGNS of Tracy. The staff did not ask the right questions or provide professional guidance regarding the appropriate sign and frame sizes. They sent proofs without discussing sizing, and I was relying on their expertise as a professional sign company. The experience felt more like they were simply printing and charging rather than consulting with the customer. I also had a grommet come off immediately when I tried to hook the sign. When I brought it to their attention, I was offered only a $3.84 credit. I tried to work with the owner to find a reasonable middle ground, especially since I was prepared to order six additional frames. Unfortunately, she refused to work toward a solution. I will not be returning to this location. When something goes wrong, I expect a business to take responsibility, listen to the customer, and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue. read more

Great service from Diane. My first time here and needed a new Realestate sign . Super friendly staff and the price was great too

I needed a vinyl banner made for my dog breeding. Diane was main point of contact. I sent her my design and she made sure it came to fruition. FASTSIGNS answered my questions very fast. Even during this covid pandemic, this company still took care of business. Great job with the banner that I needed. read more

Fastsigns - 5'x4' vinyl banner - Printing Services Near Me - Antioch, California

I heard so many great things about FastSigns and was really excited to use them for my business. FastSigns was a referral from one of my good colleagues. Setting up the appointment and to have them come out to measure, get more info and scope the property was real easy. However, it saddens me to leave this review because of the good I did hear. They don't return your phone calls or emails even when you have the main guys personal number. When you call to the main business phone he's always out on the job (which I understand) but to simply ignore a customer is blatantly lack of customer service. To always hear the front desk, "I'll make sure he calls you" (which he never did) gives you perspective you're just being ignored. There was no communication at all or any eager concern at all towards the client. A place I wouldn't recommend. read more

I went to the FastSigns location in Antioch to inquire about a Welcome home sign to hang on our building. Our son was returning from a 9 month deployment and we were so proud and honored as parents we basically just wanted to share our joy. The young lady at the counter was extremely polite and gave us instructions on how to email our ideas for the sign. Not only did they create a fantastic sign but they informed us that their company supports its military and they donated the entire sign. I was so completely thankful for this extremely generous gift. I've noticed that since the Iraq war ended I don't see as many yellow ribbons on cars and less of a movement supporting our brave soldiers serving. In fact when I told people of my sons mission in Iraq they appeared confused. Hardly anyone knew of the operation. Or what was even going on there. So thank you FastSigns for supporting our military and their families. When our loved ones serve we all serve and sacrifice. You are a fantastic example of a business putting people before profit. read more

Fastsigns has once again created beautiful graphics for our restaurants! We asked them to create, from scratch, some full color, attention grabbing pictures on our window to promote some new menus items. These were to be placed in the front windows so that our customers would see the new items we are offering. Due to the awesome signs Fastsigns created, our sales skyrocketed on those items and many people love our new sandwiches! They were easy to communicate with, our many proofs arrived via an internet proofing system, and installation was done in a reasonable time frame. The whole crew there seems to take an interest in our business each time we visit their store. Thanks Randy, Alvin & Joel and the rest of your team. You have a customer for life! read more

Randy and his team were excellent and professional from start to finish. They produced a finished product that exceeded my expectations. Price was fair and the quality is top of the line. We had our vans re-done after the first company we used did not do a good job. Randy has fantastic quality material that he uses and it lasts a loooong time. His staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them! read more

Unfortunately I've always had problems with them. Historically, for every three orders I place, I have to return twice to address bad product quality. Mostly stickers, lack of quality control on cutting it properly, to stained vinyl and average to poor customer service. I get that sometimes things might go wrong, but the attitude after the fact is what gets me the most, never an apology for their mistakes. Never an offer to make it up. It feels like they are doing you a favor. I had already located and ordered from another Fast Signs in a different town and what a difference in quality control and organization. read more

Diane and the staff printed my large sign order quickly. Diane was very helpful and communicated with me often throughout the process.

We've worked with FastSigns on a number of items and they never let us down. They really quickly prepare a proof and deliver on their word. They consistently make us look good. read more

Funny that all the good reviews are filtered. I found this place after I kept receiving horrible service from another place. They are always courteous and deliver on time. I would like them to be faster, but when they tell me it will be ready in a week it ALWAYS is read more

I had Fast Signs do a custom windshield graphic for my car, and the owner suggested a custom vinyl that looks like etched glass. The result was great, it looks much nicer than graphics I had on my previous car from another company. It's great to see a local business do this type of work. read more

I love this place. I came to fastsigns one day because my regular sign place started giving me garbage and taking forever to return a phone call or email. Let me tell you, the guys that work here were so fast to get back to me from a simple email. They called me right up and went over in detail the process and design of my order, but explained that it was probably better to come in and meet with them so that they made sure everything was right. I'm glad I came in, they were very friendly and proffessional and helped me choose the right options and layout for my signs. Days later I received proofs of the design in my email and after I approved it seemed like the signs were done in no time and they were calling me to pick up! I will continue to come back here as they know how to treat a customer right. Keep it up! read more

Called Fastsigns in Antioch on a Wednesday needing two little league banners for baseball teams by that Saturday - no where else said they could do it in time. I worked with Alvin who was pleasant to talk to and joke with and also very helpful! I was able to pick both signs up by that Friday so it was right about 48 hours since my first call and they both looked great! Both teams of kids love their new banners! read more

If I could give TEN STARS I would! Went in with an idea for a sign for my husband's workshop, and in no time Alvin drew up exactly what we wanted. Great Customer Service from all employees. When I picked up the one-of-a-kind sign, I ordered another sign to help me ward off people using my driveway! Highly recommend this franchise for ALL your sign needs! Great work, with great service! read more

I walked in there to get info about pricing for a sign on both sides and the back of my work truck. Since I'm pretty new to being a business owner, I didn't have a logo, just something "in mind". I was greeted by a gentleman who right away sat me down to explain the process and pricing. I thought it was reasonably priced, so I paid in full right away. They told me to bring something similar to what I wanted for my logo/lettering and they would have their designer take care of it. When I called back to give them my sketch I was told I would no longer be working with the gentleman who initially helped me, but with someone else. That someone else was Alvin. I must say, if he was the one who initially helped me, I wouldn't have gone back! They kept emailing me proofs of what the designer came up with. It took about 6 proofs before they got it right....only because I was the one to point out little details that made it look unprofessional and, honestly, just "put-together". When I pointed these details out, this Alvin guy seemed to get very irritated with me pointing out their mistakes and their lack of attention to detail. Some of the wording on the back was a little crooked, and they had changed what I wanted it to say at one point. To top it off, he kind of kept rushing me to approve for printing. Hello! How can I approve it for printing if I'm not satisfied?! In the end, it looks very nice and I've gotten a lot of compliments on my truck, but I would not recommend them. Sorry.... read more
