I can't say enough great things about Kha Creation. I had put a lot of effort and time into making my own website, but it was too slow, and it had some other issues. I felt overwhelmed. I reached out to Sandeepa at Kha Creation and she answered the phone immediately and started giving me tips before I even became her client. I felt really comfortable with her and was happy that she was willing to teach me things instead of just building a new website. Her team also took care of the technical things and then Rohit made a presentation and went over every item with me. I did not want to be left on my own so I asked Sandeepa and Rohit if we can have check-ins so that I can make sure to keep doing the things they have suggested. I am so happy that I can have an ongoing relationship with them. I am very happy to give them a 5-start review for their expertise, their timeliness, and above all for their ability to make me feel comfortable asking for clarity about technical things that can feel overwhelming. Thank you Kha Creation! read more

I am really picky when it comes to customer service. So this review has to be well earned for me to write it. Sandeepa and Kha Creation have been wonderful to work with. She has been doing contract work for my organization for almost a year teaching computer classes to new business owners on website design, excel, basic computer skills, marketing techniques and more. She has also presented at our local business conference and received rave reviews. Although every class she teaches the students want her to come back and teach another class. They just love her! We all do, she is fantastic. She is very down to earth and relatable. Oh...and not to leave out very funny which helps the class be entertaining while you are learning. Anything we ask of her she comes through with professionalism and a great attitude. I would highly recommend her for large and small projects. She is well worth the money. We will be using her again and again and again. read more

This review is long overdue - but Sandeepa and team deserve kudos for the great work they do, so here goes. About seven years ago, I had a client that needed a website, and like many others, they'd been burned in the past. She put all their concerns to rest by going way "above and beyond" when it came to 1) meticulously getting all my client's images edited and compressed so they displayed correctly.... 2) solving their problems with their web hosting company..... and 3) coming up with a gorgeous and elegant design that showed off their products (furniture) perfectly. My clients didn't want a shopping cart, but they did want a "catalog" that they could update themselves - and Sandeepa gave that to them via a Joomla website. It's pretty much a no-brainer to go with Sandeepa and Kha Creation. She's got the web development team, she's got the work ethic, and she's got the ability to really listen to want the client wants. read more

Sandeepa and her team are extraordinary!!! First, I cannot say enough about Sandeepa. She is passionate about her work on behalf of others and is very knowledgeable! I know that designing a website is serious business, but that does not mean that you check your personality at the door. Sandeepa is witty and has a dazzling personality, which made working with her a dream. I am one of those people who has NO digital acumen at all, but Sandeepa and her team were, and might I say still are, so extra patient with us. Our website is crisp, the feel of it is current, as well as energetic. One of our goals was that the site would not overwhelm our visitors. Mission accomplished!!! There is such an ease and flow to it. The work and result of our site goes above and beyond anything that we could have imagined or envisioned. Thank you Sandeepa and Team Kha read more

We (Solo Opera) had an exceptional experience working with the Kha Creation team. In particular, project managers Parvez Mohammed and Alfahad Khan, and of course, CEO Sandeepa Nayak. Our previous website had been created almost 10 years ago, but over the years support from our website developer slowly became non-existent. After interviewing 5 new website developers, we decided to go with Sandeepa and Kha Creation. They were a pleasure to work with from day one. They responded quickly to all our questions and requests. The result was a fabulous, mobile-ready website which we can easily maintain going forward. If I have any technical issues I cannot resolve, I know I can call on them. We highly recommend their website development services!! read more
