However, due to an, alleged, measurement error by…read morethe contractor that McBride recommended, (he denies the error) my windows weren't ordered until 1/3/19 then weren't delivered to McBride by Moss Supply (the manufacturer) on the promised date of 1/18/19. McBride failed to correct this and didn't receive the windows until 1/21/19 and FAILED TO GET THEM INSTALLED. The contractor said he was on "another job" and REFUSED to split his time between our jobs! Despite McBRIDE'S referral to this contractor and McBRIDE'S ORDER DELAY, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY WINDOWS INSTALLED! THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE!!!! Calling the owner doesn't do any good. He RUDELY hangs up the phone!!!

I'm giving 2 stars because they were given the incorrect measurements and the wrong size was delivered for install. Archie quickly worked to get the correct door and installed same day. The issue was the quaily of work and the nonchalant attitude of Julie. What i will not tolerate is someone insulting my intelligence. The door is not properly aligned making it tight on one side. I'm sure all the cosmetic issues after taking the old door out and putting a new one in is not the installer responsibility but still not pleased with the install. This is what happens when you're trying to take care of things for your parents and you live 3000 miles away. This was another lesson learned at my expense.
