So the manager (Chase) told me they would gladly take payment the Friday before the appointment or the morning of the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Friday came and NO call! I called them several times but no one picked up! So I decided to wait until Monday because the manager clearly stated someone would call for payment. Monday came...NO ONE CALLED but i spent 2 hours of my morning calling from 7 - 9 am attempting to reach someone. FINALLY, at 10am someone answered the phone. I told them of this situation and was told " too bad, the schedule is already booked' then she proceeded to give me an attitude stating 'they have a procedure and they didn't take payment'. Apparently she doesn't have ears because I explained 10 times that the manager approved payment the morning of but no one called...so i continued calling for 2 hours! Again, all she wanted to do was tell me about procedure and give me an attitude. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE WHEN THE MANAGER APPROVED THIS?????!!!!! How dare she "blame" me when I would have never scheduled the appointment if the manager didn't say it was OK! Then, she hung up on me! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS???!!! DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN AN ATTITUDE AND TREATED POORLY. I will NEVER call this business again and I will NEVER recommend their services to anyone!

Therefore, they last longer. Customer Service: I found one associate on the sales floor who jumped at helping me even when I didn't need it. I decided to pick up an advertisement at the front counter. She said it is not current. Then, why is it at the front counter for customers? That's what I should have asked. She was also unfriendly and I could tell not wanting to be there working. Anyway, I give them 4 stars because I am happy so far with the tools and accessories that I have bought here. This is the second time I have visited and they are fast and checking you out but lack being friendly about helping you out. Also one thing I noticed is that the cashier seemed to stair at me for some reason.

Management needs to be aware and either close the day before Christmas if that's what their attitude was about or talk to their staff about customer service. Other Sherwin-Williams stores have not had this level of customer service. The one good thing I can say about my interaction is that the employee who rang me up actually looked up the Contractor's name for a discount on the paint without me asking.
