I got the 14$ wash and still left there with bird crap on the truck and windows. Even had dirt around bottom of the doors that was not touched. Atleast it got most of the surface dirt off and I just had to scrub the cakes on dirt but I expected it to take the bird crap off being it's been there for only a day! Fast Bay Car Wash is the best car wash in Modesto hands down, they have great quality wash options and it is valuable to get a membership as compared to other places in the area. When I get the blackened tire treatment the black is all over my wheel covers and black oil type substance is all over the lower side of my car. ***Update Aug. 2021*** A couple of weeks after my claim, the manager reached out to me to discuss the issue. While it seemed like the company was not willing to accept responsibility initially (suggesting they didn't have anything that would cause scratching), they made it right and took care of the damages. I would say based on the concern the manager showed me and the satisfactory resolution, Fast Track is a good business. I'd recommend them to anyone. It seems like it was a fluke with their rollers and I hope people don't make false claims based on what I experienced. After being disappointed with the big chain car wash in town I decided to try Fast Track. The first thing I saw was one dude going back and forth to a window taking money/cards and making change. So inefficient. This trend will continue. The next thing you experience is the "Prep Team". These guys pretreat your car with some light pressure washing and spraying detergent on your car before it enters the wash. This is a good idea, except they also take a brush to your car and brush ALL OVER your car with these brushes. Front, hood, rocker panels, glass, all of it. The only thing they didn't do was the wheels (thank goodness). If you don't know, this practice of brushing all over your paint WILL scratch your paint. They use the same brushes for every single vehicle. Next you go thru the tunnel and you start to understand why they essentially prewash your car before you enter the tunnel. This is the most weak system I've seen and only slightly better than a touch free wash IMO. The curtains have huge gaps in coverage and the rotating brushes also have big gaps. Once you've gone thru the wash two guys hand dry your car. Nice touch. They do about a 65% complete dry (car still had water on it and areas not dried at all) but they at least got the glass. This dry off could be viewed as the final step of the "wash" because they at least cover more than the tunnel wash did. If they ever upgrade their tunnel wash and ditch the brushes this could be a nice place but the brushes are a deal-killer for me and without them the wash doesn't clean well enough. My new favorite car wash since Mister Car Wash took over prime shine. Wish I would've switched years ago. They give you a towel for your dash and the pre wash is much better. Also wipe off the car after your done. Many more vacuums available and the price is much better. read more

Fast Track car wash is my favorite drive through car wash...They always do a great job...I love that they give me a towel to clean the interior of my car and the vacuum is free with my wash...they have Windex at all the vacuum stations as well...it's great to be able to wash my car inside and out and not pay a too much...My car always looks better and I feel good about the service!!! So I pull up to the cashier window and the attendant takes my card and goes back to the register, one of the other workers( blue Beenie and full beard) says to him " give me my tips " the other worker is trying to finish my transaction and tells beenie boy to wait a minute since he's still helping me. Beenie boy proceeds to " give me my tips". I see him doing this and he says " I don't care if a customer sees me" looking directly at me. Well guess what Beenie boy those tips were given to you by those customers that you don't give a shit about. That's probably all he cares about anyway. I don't understand why there are 2 people drying the car when it's never dry when they wipe it down One good thing about this car wash is that the vacumns work. Took my 2020 vehicle there today the 21st of June, 2020 at 12:40 to the car wash on north Zaragoza. Their brushes created scratches all along the right side of the truck. I spoke with Eric, the manager, and he told me that there's no way their brushes made the scratches. Ridiculous. If you care about your car, Do Not take it there. read more

First time getting a wash here. I drove 10 miles to this location for the advertised "towel dry" as I hate water spots. I even purchased their "better" prepaid washes. The wash was fast but the "towel dry" portion was only the two side mirrors. The rest of the car was not even touched and there are a tons of water spots on the car as well as the front still dirty with bug. Now I'm stuck with 4 more washes, hope to get better luck/wash next time. read more

I got their $21 a month unlimited wash. Great deal. One big problem. I have a F150 with a tonneau cover on the bed. It is slightly textured and has grooves wear it folds. It gets dirt and needs an extra scrubbing before it goes through the wash. I have pointed this out to the attendant twice now but to no avail. I will give it one more try and then find somewhere else to go. I hope this gets fixed because it is otherwise a great place. read more

I went through the car wash and it left a waxy residue on my window that was not there beforehand. I had to go through multiple times and my issue still wasn't fixed. I would not recommend this car wash. I used to go all of the time but it seems that it just is not the same as it used to be a couple of years ago. The people were very friendly and tried to help me by sending me through a third time. They did scrub the front of my window which got rid of that but my back window was untouched(I am assuming because of the wiper on the back), that was the one that had the most residue on it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for a while due to the wax issue. But, again, the people were very lovely and it was not their fault. read more

My parents went to this place to wash their cars and the tracks were slipping and caused my dads car to hit my moms. They are blaming my mom for it, saying her brakes were on when they were not. Then proceeded to not say a single thing to my dad and only talk to my mom, trying to blame her for their tracks slipping. They are lucky there was no damage to either cars. I do not recommend coming here because God knows what will happen if someone who isn't married to the person in front hits someone else. Not only this but the cars were still left dirty. Today on 5/29/15 we brought out car in to get a wash and received RUDE service and the workers SHUT THE VACUUMS OFF ON US! There was two young guys and a girl working the car wash (wish I could've gotten names, however the young lady had dirty blonde hair with black glasses on and hair up in a pony tail) Anyways they failed to tell us they were closing in 15 minutes, we got a "BEST" Wash and coming out the car wash we pulled up to the vacuums closest to Oakdale Road. One of the guys working came out and mentioned that they had already turned of the vacuums in the back but that we could use the vacuums in the front instead because they were still turned on. So we moved, then 5 mins in and half way through our vacuum they shut off the vacuums on us! So when I went to ask them to turn it back on for a few minutes more the girl working right away had a defensive attitude and said "We are closed we turn off the vacuums at 8:05! And just kept repeating that she can't do anything for us!" (In a very rude tone) I mentioned it would have been nice for them to inform us that we would only be able to wash and not vacuum since they were about to close, heck we could've went to another car wash that is open 24 hours (ex: Sparkles Auto & Pet Wash) Which is also where I had to go to pay $3 extra to finish the other half of my car! Bottom line is the service was very rude! They could have informed us that they were about to close, or at least have the time posted! Next time I'll skip the waste of money and just wash my car at Sparkles! The employees could also use some customer service training! read more

Paid for the monthly membership, but every time I pull up there they ask what wash do I want? I say the wash I pay monthly for! Then, they don't know her difference between a zero and the letter O in the alphabet. So on 3 of the 5 times I've been there they say they can't find me in the syste m. So I ask are you using a zero or the letter O and then they let me thru. Today was the last straw, I went thru and one of the blue washing cloths that hang down and wash your car got stuck in my roof rack, at the end when they dry off your car, the kid just wiped around the blue cloth hanging down in the middle of my driver side window..... I asked, "are you going to get that" ? He said, " oh that's not yours"? Uuhhgggg. Genius. I got out of my vehicle and attempted to remove it, when some little dude ran over and, and, get this, rudely asked if I could move out of the way? I told him that I should not be the one removing this. No one seems to care about customer service anymore. I found this place here on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The service from the moment you get to the entrance of the car wash is great. The machine washed my car well. I am realistic about how much the machine can clean so I don't expect it to get every spot on my car. The vacuums have good sucking power. I will come back soon. read more

I really like this car wash, the vacuums are on both side of car and very easy to use and the hose is long so you can reach any area in your car. Always 2 people washing your car with brushes and 2 people drying your car when you come out. And they always have a special of buy 3 washes and get one free.....and I like that they give you a clothe wipe for inside your car that you return when you come out..... This Fast Track car wash and 5 minute car wash on Carpenter is the only ones I use..... depending on which side of town I'm near. So much better than Mister's read more

I took my g wagon there and it was a serious mistake, car has scuffs that can only be removed with wax, there was some sort of glue on vehicle after I came out and most importantly the chemicals will damage your rubber and I am sure paint.
