Since I am a renter, the decision making on replacing this 15+ year old unit is not up to me. He was honest and upfront. I know this because I have owned multiple old homes and understand how often installations have been poorly done. This is one of them. Tim stated he could provide the owner with a temporary fix by adding freon. However, long term, replacement of the unit would need to be done since the coils were leaking freon. The particular freon used in this unit is no longer allowed by the government and will be completely fazed out within the next 2 years. He re-taped all the original areas as a temporary fix to slow some of the leaking air. All of this is just a huge band-aid. I don't do well when it's hot inside the sanctuary I call home. Was really glad how fast ACS was able to respond and place a band-aid on the air flow issue. The house is a bit cooler, however, I don't think it will last for very long in this Texas heat. Since this is also a combo unit. I hope it will fire up come winter and keep us warm. If I own another home I will definitely use ACS to inspect and service our units.

The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. I have been contracting Fast Flow Air for several years now and when you find a HVAC company that is fast, fair and honest you stick with them. I had an AC unit replaced with them and it was going to cost me almost 20% more with another company but they were able to do it fast with an excellent brand for a cheaper rate. Fast Flow is also in charge of maintaining all my HVAC units in all my locations and they have done a great job in keeping me informed of condition and maintenance to avoid any surprises with the units.
